This attractive, comfortably furnished villa is located in the hills overlooking the beach, within walking distance of the pretty beach resorts of La Herradura and Almuñécar. The villa is situated on private grounds with a large-sized, very secluded pool. There are beautiful 180-degree views of the Mediterranean. This beautiful, uncrowded stretch of coastline is in the province of Granada, east of the Costa del Sol and its bustling resorts. The increasingly popular area offers dozens of excellent beaches, including the long sandy beach nearby on the Bay of La Herradura. You will be able to walk to the beach and to local shops. Notable sights in the vicinity include the old town of Almuñécar, where a Moorish castle and narrow, winding streets evoke the atmosphere of days gone by. The villa has 4 very private large bedrooms each in a different section of the house, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining area, 2 fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room, 2 breakfast terraces and a BBQ terrace.

| Kitchen: | Large galley kitchen in the main section of the house. A fully equipped second kitchen in the other section of the house. Both have separate breakfast terraces for those who want to enjoy outdoor eating. |

| Living Rooms: | Living room with fireplace. One with Sky TV, video, CD player and stereo. The other has floor to ceiling glass walls with panaramic views of the sea. There is an additional small sitting room off bedroom 3 with Sky TV, video, CD player and stereo. |
| Other: | Large dining room with great views of the sea, opening onto a heavily shaded breakfast terrace to enjoy the cool breezes from the Med. A BBQ terrace with breath taking sea views with a BBQ and a teak table and chairs. Both area's seat 8 persons. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linens are supplied, both are changed weekly. Beach towels are not included. For bookings over 7 nights a mid stay cleaning is required costing 100 euros. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is heated with gas. Two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the 4th bedroom. Firewood can be arranged at an additional cost.
Note the pool is not gated. Due to the arrangement of the property and the location of the pool, children and non-swimmers are advised to only use this are when accompanied by swimmers and/or an adult.

This Villa is not suitable for wheelchair or mobility impaired persons.

Private swimming pool is 12m x 5m and has a small childrens area. Naturist will enjoy the seclusion and privacy of the pool area.
Coast/Beach
500m from the sea. Private entrance to the beach from the Villa.
Skiing
The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is just less then an hour away.
Ski season is open from December to April.
Special interest holidays
Diving in the Marina del Este is one of the two best sites in Spain.
Diving classes can be booked in English and German.
Travel
Malaga and Granada airports are only 90 Kilometres from the Villa.
Distances
Within 5 minutes drive to both villages Almunecar and La Herradura. The weekly markets are a must.

Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are in both villages.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required to book the Villa. The rest is due 6 weeks before arrival. Euro 400 security deposit for breakage or damage due on arrival.

Most guests are pleasantly surprised by the size and privacy grounds, the unique character of the villa and it's comfortable furnishings. This villa is a home, not a rental property which provides guests with a very enjoyable vacation experience. The villa was once featured in Architecture Design Magazine.
