The apartment has a lovely south-facing patio overlooking the landscaped garden and pools, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large comfortable lounge/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen area. Los Alcazares is situated within the Mar Menor which is renowned for its temperate climate, long sandy beaches, calm shallow seas. 4 golf courses, including La Manga Club, are just 15 minutes away by car. Murcia airport is only 5 minutes away by car/taxi.

Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room, large with air-conditioning, two sofas, occasional furniture, dining table and chairs, TV (32" Toshiba LCD flatscreen) with satellite receiver giving UK channels, DVD and CD player.

The property enjoys a south-facing patio/garden with table and chairs and an electronically-operated sun canopy.
In the middle of the apartments, which form the exclusive complex, there is a swimming pool and a separate children's pool, and an attractive, enclosed, landscaped garden featuring paved areas, flowerbeds and trees. (Use of the pools is restricted to occupiers of the apartments).

Coast/Beach
Beach, coast, town centre, shops, bars and restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk. A good supermarket is a 2 minute walk away.

Travel
Alicante airport is a 50 minutes drive away. Murcia (SanJavier) airport (5 minutes drive away) which has low-cost flights from Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham, East Midlands and Bournemouth.

Car Hire - Not necessary, except for exploring the local area. Car hire can be arranged locally and at the airports. There is a good, low-cost bus service to Cartegena, Murcia and Alicante.

Further details
For the energetic, Los Alcazares offers a huge choice of activities, including water sports, tennis and go-karting. For golfers, the renowned La Manga golf courses (4 of them) are only a 15 minute drive away. For the less-energetic, there is the long, sandy beach and there are always things to watch at the waterfront or boat trips or you can simply amble along its long, winding promenade. For everyone, there are beach bars, restaurants and shops and there is a very popular local market on Tuesday and Saturday. The nearest large towns are Torrevieja (20 mins drive North) and Cartegena (15 mins drive South). The historic towns of Murcia and Orihuela can also be reached by car. There is an Aqua Park at Elche and an animal park at Torrevieja. Organised trips can also be booked at the local Tourist Information Centre.
