Notes on accommodation
There are 2 lifts in the building. A resident porter keeps the hallway, lifts and gardens in immaculate order. He also ensures the security of the building.
A gentle shelving beach and rocky pools for fishing make this an ideal family location.
Accessibility
One step into foyer from the courtyard and then lifts are available. Also, stairs. Parking in courtyard
Outside
The tower is surrounded by a walled and secure parking area with flowering shrubs, and direct access to both the quiet rocky coves or the fine sandy beach. There is a grassy area where small boats can be secured or left on moorings in the bay.
Coast/Beach
As near to the sea as one can get. Direct access from the building onto the beach.
Golf
Just 10 minutes drive to the well known clubs of Valderama and Sotogrande. POLO fields with their international tournaments surround the area. There is a club for children's SAILING classes as well as BOATS FOR HIRE.
KITE BOARDING is also available.
Travel
Gibraltar airport is a 30 minute drive away. Malaga airport, on the motorway, takes just over an hour. Flights are also available into Jerez 1.5 hours.
The Malaga-Algeciras motorway is a 3 minute drive away.

Further details
We are situated just off the coast road. Recently a by-pass has been built which has left the area with very little traffic.
It is a 20 minute walk along the beach to the Port of Sotogrande where boats from all over the world are moored. There are bars and restaurants, a variety of boutiques and a night club. Sailing and tennis clubs as well as the renowned Golf courses of Valderama and Sotogrande. Polo fields with their international tournaments surround the area.

About the owner
My apartment is unique. There isn't a road between the building and the sea. You can call out to a friend who is lazing on the beach below. And from the front/main bedroom you can hear the waves lap on the shore as you waft off to sleep. World famous golf courses are within a short drive -Valderama and San Roque to name two of them. You can walk along the bay and into the Sotogrande Port and sit drinking/eating whilst observing the smart boats and yachts of the Mediterranean. There are a number of restaurants within 500 yards - so no drink/drive problems. I could go on and on - I love it - what more can you want?

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Accessibility to sea (lapping just below building) and mountains. Also, fantastic for golf loving friends. Ideally situated for airports, Gibraltar (half and hour), Malaga (just over an hour) and Jerez (an hour and a half).
Also, great for places to eat and day trips. Day trips to the Atlantic coast are easy and great fun.
Unique benefits of the property
Easy apartment to manage. Every day a joy. If you want to cook you can look out to the sea as you work. Actually, it doesn't feel like working.
