Casa Lille is presented to a very high standard and is located in a quiet residential area, on a predominantly flat plot, 1.2km (3 mins drive) from the sea and local amenities. It is fully south facing for all day sun and is set in attractively landscaped gardens that afford excellent privacy. There are 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with fitted wardrobes, 2 have en-suite shower rooms and the 3rd is next to the family shower room. The 2nd en-suite bedroom is located on the 1st floor in the turret and has its own private terrace with sea views. The open-plan dining and living areas on the ground floor lead onto a covered terrace with steps down to the spacious south-facing pool terrace and large, 10x5m, swimming pool that can optionally be heated. There is a built-in BBQ and a choice of outside seating areas for alfresco dining, including the covered pergola with its pretty ceramic furniture. The villa is extremely well equipped and has Satellite TV (UK terrestrial + Sky)

Changeover day
During the summer period we are only able to accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is extremely well equipped and furnished to an excellent starndard.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning & hairdryers are supplied. There is under-floor heating and a gas log burner for winter lets.
Internet access is included on request.
The pool can optionally be heated for non-summer lets (POA).
A beach towel is provided for each guest for the duration of the rental.
There is secure off-road parking (behind gates) for up to 2 cars.
Satelitte TV : UK Terrestial, Sky Sports + Movies 1 & 2.
Accessibility
The villa is situated on a predominantly flat plot. However, there are steps from the parking area to the terrace and 8 steps up from the terrace to the patio doors (or to the front door on the opposite side of the villa). All living accommodation is on the ground floor along with 2 of the 3 bedrooms. A 3rd bedroom, with en-suite, is on the 1st floor accessed by an internal staircase.
Outside
There is a covered terrace area with seating leading off of the dining area. Steps then take you down to a spacious terrace area, around the rectangular 10x5m private pool, that provides ample room for sun bathing. For al fresco eating there is a choice of a table & chairs on the pool terrace or you can sit under the shady pergola with it's pretty ceramic furniture. Alongside the pergola there is a large built-in BBQ & a fridge/freezer (in the pool-house) ideal for keeping cooling pool-side drinks. The pool has roman steps at the shallow end & can be illuminated at night - it has a depth of 1.2 to 2.2m. Alongside the pool there is an outside shower facility. The pool can optionally be heated to 28oC subject to an additional charge. The gardens around the villa are attractively landscaped with large palm trees providing privacy and a tropical atmosphere. There are 6 sun-loungers and we provide cushions for the outside chairs, parasols (2) and pool side tables (3).
Coast/Beach
The local beach 'Cala Fustera' is a few minutes drive down the hill/12 min walk. Cala Fustera is a natural sandy beach with blue flag status (2004/05) -during the summer months there are refreshment and bathroom facilities available as well as several restaurant/bars within easy strolling distance. There are 6 further small beaches along the Benissa coast line. The large, sandy beaches at Calpe are about 5 mins drive and the picturesque beaches of Moraira and El Portet around 10-15 mins drive.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest being San Jaime approx 10 mins drive. With other nearby courses at Javea, Altea (Don Cayo), Denia (La Sella) and Benidorm. There are also a number of courses in Alicante and one at Oliva. We are happy to provide further information about the available courses and booking details on request.
Travel
Casa Lille is approx 60 mins from Alicante Airport and 75 mins from Valencia airport. Car hire is recommended. Whilst amenities are approx 1.5km from the villa there is a fairly steep incline if walking to return to the villa.
Distances
Casa Lille is located off the main coast road between the stylish town of Moraira (approx 7km) with it's beautiful marina, many bars, restaurants and the larger bustling town of Calpe (approx 3km) with it's wide range of amenities and presence of Penon dŽIfach.
The popular town and beaches of Javea are approx 20 mins drive and Benidorm, that offers a selection of Theme and Water Parks, as well as numerous other activities and excellent beaches, is approx 30 mins drive.
Further details
There is a small bar/restaurant within a short walk (500m) from the villa and a poolside bar/restarurant within 5 minutes walk at Parque Casablanca. The local supermarket is at the bottom of the hill (approx 1.2km) approx 10 mins walk and offers an excellent selection of local and British produce and newspapers, there are 2 larger supermarkets less than 5 minutes drive away on the edge of Calpe. There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants all along the coast road and also in the nearby towns of Calpe (3km), Moraira (7km) and Javea (15km). For those that enjoy the countryside the Jalon Valley, where you can enjoy a selection of Spanish country cooking, is a 20 min drive. There are a wide range of activities available in the area including; tennis, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, angling, jet skiing or sailing, as well as some spectacular walks either along the coast or further inland.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure any booking. The balance is to be paid 8 (eight) weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. In addition, a security deposit of £200 is required. The deposit will be returned, once the villa has been checked by our agent, subject to no serious damage at the villa having occurred during your stay.
