Equipped to a high standard this pretty villa provides the perfect accommodation for the most ardent of golfers, yet satisfies those amongst your party who may wish to pursue other pleasures such as tennis, padel, gym and exercise classes, spa treatments or a trip to the seaside. A number of other golf courses, including PGA de Catalunyia voted one of the ten best courses in Europe, Club de Golf d'Aro and Girona Golf club are within easy reach and offer a wide range of golfing experiences. The town of Figueres is 5 minutes away and offers an excellent range of shops, restaurants and museums. The Dali Theatre museum is located in the town and is a spectacle not to be missed! The delights of the Costa Brava coastline with its steep cliffs, dazzling azure blue waters and white sandy beaches is 20 minutes away.

Notes on accommodation
Full central heating is available for the winter months. This property is not suitable for toddler children due to the steps down to the pool. Children would need to be supervised at all times. 24 hour security through the Resort gates.

Outside
Private garden with terrace, not overlooked with direct access to large communal swimming pool and well-maintained landscaped gardens, shared by only 20 houses. BBQ and outdoor furniture including sun loungers, table, chairs and sun parasol. Car porch to front of the villa with parking for one car and additional off-road parking opposite.
Coast/Beach
20 mins drive time to the beaches of the Bay of Roses with its ‘blue flag’ stretches of fine sand and small coves. It is a haven for all water sports, especially snorkelling and diving, as well as fishing, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, water skiing or the more relaxed pedalo.
Golf
2 mines walk to the Club House. TorreMirona is considered an excellent course with the ability to be played from various tees allowing all standard of players enjoyment. It also boasts a golf academy with 3 practice holes. The lovely golfers bar with terrific views over the course offers drinks and snacks, while the El Canigo restaurant in the Hotel Relais serves up cuisine of the highest standards.
Other courses within easy reach of TorreMirona include Mas Nou, PGA de Catalunya, Emporda, Serres de Pals and Girona.
Travel
Car hire is essential to fully appreciate the areas beauty. Girona airport is 30 mins away, as is Perpignan in France. Barcelona is 1 hr 30 mins drive by car.
Distances
Navata is a few mins away with a range of small shops, whilst Figueres is 5 mins away. Figueres offers a larger range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks and the Dali Museum. Girona is 30 mins away by car and is well worth a visit to explore the labyrinth of streets in this medieval city.

10% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance becoming due 6 weeks prior to departure.
