The apartment has uninterrupted views across a fertile valley towards Benitachell village and it's lovely church, flood lit in the evenings. We are in a beautiful rural location, it is peaceful and tranquil, however shops restaurants and super markets are only a few minutes drive away. It is a very well equipped apartment, a king size bed is complemented by coordinated fixtures, fittings and furniture throughout. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a covered 'naya', perfect for dining al fresco, and lovely private gardens to the side and rear. The apartment is located on the ground foor of our villa. It has it's own seperate entrance, and has direct access to the terrace and pool. As we are frequently away, guests often have sole use of the pool and terrace. Parking is available on the drive way, or in a parking area to the side of the villa. We aim to make your holiday relaxing and special, providing personal touches which will enhance your stay.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Discounts available for four weeks rental, or longer.
Winter rental, December to February inclusive, £500 per month. Plus a £25 surcharge for heating.
Changeover day
Reservations are normaly from Saturday to Saturday, but flexible arrangements are possible. Arrival time after 2pm. Departure time 10am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, and changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels however are not provided. The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival, nd thereafter cleaned weekly, if you so wish. A comprehensive welcome pack is provided. |

Accessibility
To access the apartment there are two steps, and two steps onto the Naya.
Outside
A large terrace surrounds the 8m x 4m private pool. On the "Naya" ( covered terrace ) is a large dining table with seating for 6. A charcoal BBQ is available. The terrace and garden have reclining sun loungers, umberellas and additional seating in a secluded setting.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are at Javea and Moraira, both 6km from the apartment - about 10 minutes drive.
Calpe and Denia are further away, about 20 minutes drive.
Most of the beaches in the area are sandy Blue Flag beaches.
There are also plenty of rocky beaches and coves quite close by.
Golf
Javea's 9 hole golf course is 5 minutes drive from the apartment, and La Sella's 18 hole course fifteen minutes away.
Travel
Alicante airport and Valencia airport are both approximately one and a quarter hours drive away. The majority of the journey is by way of the A7 motorway.
Car hire is essential, comprehensive directions will be provided.
Distances
The village of Benitachell is 1km distance, whilst Javea and Moraira are both 6km.
Denia and Calpe are both aproxamately 12km distance, whilst
Benedorm is about 30km.
Further details
Javea is divided into three areas, the Arenal (beach area) a large sandy Blue Flag bay with numerous restaurants, cafe bars and shops. The port area is 1km to the North of the Arenal, it is a working fishing port and has it's own small part sand part shingle beach. There are many bars and restaurants with great sea views, plus a variety of shops. About 1km inland from the port, on rising ground, is the Old Town, built around a large medieval church. The streets are narrow and virtually traffic free, as with the other areas shops, restaurants and cafe bars are numerous.
Moraira is a smaller slightly upmarket town, it has a marina and fishing port and a large gently shelving sandy beach.
The narrow streets in the old part of the town are lined with all types of shops, cafe's and restaurants. There are also several delightful squares, perfect for an al fresco lunch, dinner or just a cup of coffee.
The Montgo mountain, which is a national park, stands between Javea and Denia. It can be explored by keen walkers as there are paths to the top from the Denia side.
There are many water sports available in the area, just go to the port areas where you will find just about anything that interests you. Banks are plentiful and easy to find in all areas, you will also find that most of the staff speak English.
Supermarkets are in all the towns, and tho' not as large those in the UK, stock a good range of products. Terra Mitica Theme Park and Mundomar water park at Benidorm are both great for a day out. The Jalon Valley, which stretches in land from the coast, provides some wonderful scenery, great walks, and a chance to explore inland villages. Including Guadalest, with it's castle and walled village.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is payable when booking is made.
The balance being payable 6 weeks prior to holiday start date and to include in addition a £100 refundable inventory deposit.
