The villa stands on a large plot with landscaped gardens and BBQ area. There are two sun terraces and a beautiful extra large swimming pool. La Cumbre del Sol is an area of outstanding beauty with panoramic views overlooking the Mediterranean. Within Cumbre del Sol there is an information centre, restaurant/bar, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, horse riding, swimming as well as the local beach. La Cumbre del Sol is situated approx 90km from Alicante and 102km from Valencia (flights are available to either of these airports from the UK). Valencia is well worth a visit with plenty of sight seeing. There are various markets in the area including Moraira, Javea and the Jallon Valley. For those of a more adventurous nature Terra Mitca and Aqualanda offer various activities for the young at heart. There are many beaches to visit not far from the villa. Both Javea or Moraira have an abundance of restaurants and there is a very attractive Marina, as well as 2 golf courses 7km nearby.

All linen and towels (excluding beach towels) provided at extra cost. The villa is cleaned on arrival and on day of departure and is included in the price. The pool is cleaned twice weekly. For longer lets extra cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. |

The villa boasts a beautiful extra large swimming pool 11m x 5m. 4 sun lounges and ample garden furniture to accommodate a family of 8 plus. There are outside showers and large BBQ area. The landscaped gardens offer privacy and seclusion.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is approx 2km away. There are many other beaches within a short drive, namely Moraira and Javea.
Golf
There are 2 international golf courses within the area, approx 7km from the villa.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving, sailing, fishing, horse riding - these are all available in the area.
Travel
There are 2 main airports: Alicante and Valencia. A car is essential and it is approx 90kms from Alicante and 102km from Valencia. The roads are excellent and the auto pista is quick with lovely views.

The villa is approx 90km from Alicante and 102 from Valencia. The Jalon Valley is 10km and Benidorm is 25km away.
Booking notes
20% deposit required to secure your booking, with the balance payable in full 6 weeks prior to departure. Damages deposit of £250, which is refundable providing no major mishaps. During low season and weekly bookings a cleaning supplement of 100 euros will apply.
