Notes on accommodation
Accommodation is on the ground floor and safe for children. An efficient air conditioning system makes the apartment very comfortable in the summer. A cot is available on request.
Accessibility
Lift access to apartment makes it easy for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
Outside
3 large enclosed terraces (outside terrace leading off lounge and bedrooms with beautiful 3 piece wicker suite), with comfortable Moroccan influenced decor and views of the La Concha Mountain and Mediterranean Sea. Gated terrace leading onto lush tropical gardens and large communal pool with toddler pool.
Coast/Beach
Just 7 mins drive to a wide selection of beautiful beaches San Pedro, Marbella, Puerto Baunus etc.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area with the famous La Quinta Golf Course within walking distance. La Quinta has its own 5 star hotel and golf club. Soon to open within the hotel and golf complex is a state of the art spa and children’s crèche. Expected opening date approx. summer 2007.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada for skiing 2 hours (approx November to April).
Travel
Malaga airport 45 mins. Gibraltar airport 45 mins. Car hire available at Malaga airport. Taxi from Malaga to La Quinta approx 45 euros.
Distances
2 min drive to local shops, bars, bank etc. Large shopping mall La Canada is 15 mins drive or 'El Corte Ingles' (the 'John Lewis' of Spain) is just 7 mins drive. 45 mins to UK Gibraltar with wild monkeys. Plenty for children to do, locally Selwo Safari Park, Fuengerolla Zoo, 2 large water parks, Dolphin marina, Sea world etc.

La Quinta is conveniently placed for access to all amenities, there is an endless supply of restaurants catering for all tastes, Moroccan, Chinese, French, Spanish, Indian, McDonald’s etc! For a romantic meal Marbella old town offers eloquence and opulence surrounded by history and culture. Within a 3 mins drive you will find well stocked supermarkets, banks, open air market, local leisure centre offering kids climbing, canoeing, swimming etc. paddle tennis, tennis, bowling and interesting local shops open til late. Children are always welcome in bars and restaurants the Spanish adore their children.

Bookings can be made by telephone or email. A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total rent price secures the booking. Final balance of the rental fee must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental, plus a refundable £200 deposit against breakages.
