It is in a quiet location, between an imposing mountain range and the fine golden beaches and clear shallow waters of the Costa Daurada. The villa offers a home from home environment with beds for 10 people, TV with part sky, DVD with films, playstation 2 with games, private pool, garden Jacuzzi and walk-in shower with power shower.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. The above prices apply for up to and including 8 people. For parties up to 10 persons, there is an added charge of £100 per week. Please note that the prices are fully inclusive. For periods up to 7 days - these will be charged on pro-rata basis subject to a minimum charge of £400. Discounts offered for long Winter lets.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air conditioned and centrally heated. It is suitable for children.
All guests may enter the villa at 4pm on arrival and must vacate at 10am to allow the villa to be cleaned for the next guests.

Accessibility
There is a ramp leading up to the entrance door.
Around the pool is a patio and the garden is gravelled.
Outside
From the lounge/dining room there is a covered terrace with a BBQ and comfortable oak bench seating with cushions which easily seats 10. From the terrace, there are steps down to a swimming pool (size approx 8m x 4m) with light and a shower and garden jacuzzi. 6 sun loungers, a garden table and chairs are provided.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are L'Hospitalet de L'Infant beach, Playa Crystal and Miami Playa. Both have lifeguards in the peak season. beach showers and shades. Miami Playa has coves and a free beach train linking local beaches and children's play area (with rides and trampolines) Both take approximately 5 minutes by car.
Golf
Within a few minutes drive is the beautiful Bonmont Golf and Country Club, considered to be one of the best golf courses in Spain. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, the 18 hole par 72 championship course has wonderful views over the Mediterranean and a spectacular mountain backdrop. The Club is open to non-residents (handicap 28 male - 36 female). It has a superb restaurant.
Travel
The local airport is Reus airport, which is served all year by Ryanair and during the popular season, by other charter flights, The airport is approximately a 20 minute drive to the villa. Barcelona airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive and is served by schedule and charter airlines.
By rail, the nearest station is L'Hospitalet de L'Infant, which is 5 minutes by taxi from the villa. More details will be sent once the final payment is made.
A car is recommended.

For those keen fisherman the famous 'River Ebro' is a 20 minute drive from the village.
L'Hospitalet de L'Infant. On Sunday morning it has a market, which is worth a visit. There is a supermarket (Sumo, which is open 9am to 9pm, but when there are festivals, it is open 9am to 2pm) and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Also, two tourist information kiosks. One on right at the roundabout just past the medical centre and one opposite the hotel vistamar on the seafront.

L'Hospitalet de L'Infant on Sunday morning has a market, which is worth a visit. There is a supermarket (Sumo, which is open 9am to 9pm, but when there are festivals, it is open 9am to 2pm) and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Also, two tourist information kiosks. One on right at the roundabout just past the medical centre and one opposite the hotel vistamar on the seafront. The staff do speak English and it is worth a visit, as they have discount vouchers for the main attractions and details of the local area. L'Hospitalet de L'Infant and the local areas have numerous festivals throughout the year. The details of these can be found in the Catalunia Life magazine, a copy of which is in the villa, or a copy can be obtained from the tourist information kiosk.
Miami Playa takes approximately 5 minutes by car. The resort has beaches and coves (with lifeguards in the peak season), beach showers and shades, free beach train linking local beaches, children's play area (with rides and trampolines), large supermarkets, variety of restaurants, 2 bodegas selling wine from around 1 euro a litre, banks, cashpoints, bicycle, motorbike and car hire. At Playa Crystal there are bars and restaurants facing the sea.
Booking notes
A £350 or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) is required with a completed booking form. Final payment is required 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. There will be a breakages and cleaning deposit of £300 per booking, which is payable with the final payment. This will be returned, in full, within 10 days of the keys being returned, subect to there being no damage to the property and the property having been left generally clean and tidy.
