Aguas Nuevas. 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment just 10 minutes to the first of Torrevieja's many beaches. The start of the beautiful long beach of la Mata is also only 25 minutes walk away or just a 5 minutes drive. The apartment has its own communal swimming pool and is tastefully furnished with all the comforts that you would need to make it a real home from home. We even provide you with towels and beach towels so there is no need to bring your own! There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a comfortable TV lounge with LCD TV, indoor and al fresco dining areas. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all utensils! There is also a separate drying area and a large patio overlooking a grassed area. Complete with high chair and travel cot.

Notes on accommodation
Very suitable for either young families or for a relaxing holiday without children. There is something for everyone. Fittings in accomodation are all very high quality and not the average furniture package usually associated with rental properties. A travel cot and high chair are provided in the apartment making the holiday very baby friendly!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible from the car park.
Outside
Loungers and outdoor patio furniture are included in addition to a barbecue for those late nights al fresco dining under the stars!
Coast/Beach
Nearest Beach \ Cove is about a kilometre away and 5 minutes walk. The start of the beautiful long La Mata Beach
is 25 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive away. Other beaches can be found less than 10 mins drive away.
Golf
Several golf courses can be found within 20 minutes drive....
Travel
Only 30 minutes from Murcia and Alicante.
