It is also within walking distance to the bustling Spanish town of Sabinillas where there are frequent festivals and events. The beach is also only 50m away with a wide selection of beach bars serving fresh fish dishes. Duquesa golf course is just across the road with a newly renovated luxury hotel and there is an excellent range of championship golf courses nearby. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, including marble floors, air conditioning and a Jacuzzi bath with a private sun terrace looking directly over the pool and sea views. There is an secure underground car park with lifts and security intercom system in the apartment.

Accessibility
The apartment is accessible for the disabled with access via a lift, wide corridors and doors. To street level there is access via ramps or stairs.

Coast/Beach
The beaches are of a high standard with a very good selection of beach bars serving fresh fish and are only 50m away from the apartment.
Golf
There are many excellent golf courses along the Costa del Sol and the visitor is completely spoiled for choice. All have stunning views over the coast and first class facilities. Duquesa golf course has a luxury hotel and is just across the road from the apartment. The newly opened Dona Julia golf course is just down the road is an excellent course and you can even hire golf clubs here. The Kinsale bar in the port can give you a number of an English gentleman that can arrange everything for you with just one phone call and give you advice on all the surrounding courses.

Malaga 50 mins.
Gibraltar 25 mins.
Jerez 90 mins.
All the roads from the aiport are dual carriagway.
Car hire is not essential but widely available and not expensive. There are plenty of websites where you can pre book your car and pick it up in the airport terminal.
Distances
Puerto Duquesa is a picturesque marina with a wide variety of restaurants and bars. For a more lively night you can go into Estepona with its many bars and clubs, or go to the millionares playground of Puerto Banus. Visit the pretty village of Casares which is 10 mins drive, walk to the top of the village and experience mouth watering tapas at very little cost. Beautiful white villages are all about 20 mins drive or go to Gibraltar for some tax free shopping.
Further details
The port has a wide selection of restaurants offering Spanish, Chinese, Indian and Italian food. There are many bars offering some low key entertainment in the evening. There is a supermarket just across the road or walk into Sabinillas for fresh fish, fruit and bakery. There is a bank in the port with a cash machine, but many more banks available in Sabinillas.
