The villa has all the luxuries you could need, such as double glazing, air-conditioning, central heating, and is arranged over two floors. On the main floor is situated the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and additional double bedroom with house toilet, fully fitted kitchen with door to a breakfast terrace, dining room and huge lounge with doors opening onto extensive terraces with sea views. Downstairs is a separate apartment, with lounge/kitchen, shower room and double bedroom. There is also an additional bedroom that sleeps 4, with access to the indoor swimming pool and shower room and this opens out onto the sun terraces and Mediterranean garden. The villa is only a 200 metre walk to the beach and Benajarafe has many bars and restaurants, (several on the beach), supermarkets, post office, bakery and chemist. Within 10 minutes drive is Torre del Mar, a large shopping centre and cinema, also Aqua Velis water park and there are two golf courses nearby.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. However, payment can be made in euro equivalent if required. Discount may be available for bookings of longer than two weeks.
Changeover day
The changeover day is normally Saturday, however we can be flexible, especially for a longer booking.

Notes on accommodation
There are books and games at the villa and also some videos and DVDs. Gym equipment consists of a cross trainer and an exercise bike. There are several sun beds, tables and chairs and outside furniture and there is ample parking at the villa. All the bedrooms and the main lounge have air-conditioning and most of the rooms also have ceiling fans. The photographs do not do this villa justice, as the rooms are too large to photograph successfully. This has been the owners home in Spain and is equipped to a very high standard.

There are sun loungers, tables and outdoor furniture on the many terraces. The garden is private and secure.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 200 metres walk from the villa. It is a large expanse of sand and is well served by bars, restaurants and shops. There are still fishermen hauling their boats onto the beach and selling their catch to the local restaurants.
Golf
There are two excellent golf courses in the area. Anoreta is about 6 minutes drive away. Baveira Golf is about 12 minutes drive in the other direction.
Skiing
Skiing is available between November to April at Sol y Nieve in the Sierra Nevada near Granada, approximately 2 hours drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga which is 25 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service from Benajarafe to Malaga and it is possible to get to the airport by bus, however it is easier to hire a car. For groups of up to 4 people, airport collection can be available from the owners by prior arrangement. This can be paid for on arrival in Spain.
Distances
Torre del Mar is 10 minutes drive away and from there you can go inland to the beautiful Lake Vinuela. Nerja is half an hour's drive away. Malaga is also worth visiting as it is a city steeped in history, and further afield are Granada with the Alhambra, Seville with the Giralda and Cordoba with the Mezquita. There are numerous white villages inland and more coastal villages further along the coastline.
