The kitchen, lounge and main bedroom look out onto the main terrace with sliding patio doors. The second bedroom has its own small terrace and patio door. The low density development has been extensively planted and landscaped to provide an attractive setting for this beautiful resort.

Accessibility
The accommodation is on one level however there are flights of steps or lift to access the property.
Outside
The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture including loungers, seating and dining for six. Four bikes and a universal bike carrier are available for guests to use either around the resort or off the development. The resort provides two large swimming pools and the hotel facilties are available for use and include restaurants, bars and swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
Within a few minutes drive beautiful beaches at Alacdesia and Sotogrande can be found. However there are many beaches along the Costa del Sol and within a 15-20 minute drive of the apartment.
Golf
Spoilt for choice - where do you begin! Golf courses are up and down the coast, however, apart from the two San Roque course Valderama and Almerara courses are within a few minutes drive.
Skiing
Skiing! Yes - look no further than the slopes above Granada.
Travel
Airports - Gibraltar - 20 minutes, Malaga - 60 minutes, Jerez - 90 minutes.
Ferry - Day trips to Tangiers, Morocco from La Linea.
Distances
Locally discover beautiful sandy beaches at Sotogrande and Alcadesia 10 mins. Sailing - marinas of Sotogrande and Puerto Dequesa within 15 mins. Excellent restaurants at Sotogrande, Puerto Duquesa, Estepona and Puerto Banus. Nightlife - Puerto Banus, Marbella. Day trips to Selwo Safari Park, Gibraltar, Seville, Granada, Ronda. Dolphin trips and ferry trips to Tangiers, Morocco are available from La Linea.
Further details
Supermarkets can be found in Sotogrande or Los Barios. Banks are available at the on site Commercial Centre and the nearby village of Pueblo Nuevo. Nearby Puerto Dequesa has an excellent selection of restaurants set around the picturesque marina. Further afield restaurants can be found up and down the coast in Manilva, Estepona, Puerto Banus.
Large retail shopping centres can be found in Puerto Banus and Marbella.
