This beautiful traditional villa is amongst 10 similarly designed houses within a well protected and landscaped community. This community caters for children and adults providing a smaller and larger swimming pool for all the family needs. There is a large communal garden to sun bath, relax, read and take in the peaceful atmosphere, however the villa is situated off the main community area away from the hustle and bustle and provides its own private path to the pool area whereby you and the family are able to choose whether to mingle or enjoy the tranquility of your own villa. The villa provides full protection to enjoy neals outside. There is a private garage and outside parking if necessary.

Towels NOT included. Bed linen included (2 sets of bed linen provided). The villa is cleaned before arrival but if on extra clean is needed this can be arranged for a extra fee. |
Notes on accommodation
A cot and high chair can be provided on request if not already rented. This is an extra cost of 30 euros per week.
For rentals outside the season heating is provided but consumption is for by the tenant. Rentals for more than a month will incur electricity and water consumption charges.
The community gardens are well kept and large with 2 swimming pools. Enjoyable grassed area for sun bathing and childrens.

Outside
The private garden area is not closed off but mesh fencing can be provided for safety of children. There is a beautiful cover filed terrace with garden furniture to enjoy your culinary meals in the mountain sea air.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Brava coastline is one of the most beautiful in the whole of Spain. There are a choice of many picturesque and accessible coves all within 10mins. Llafranc beach is one of sophishcated beaches surrounded by good restaurants, bars and patisserias and only a 15 min walk from the villa, downhill.
Golf
The Costa Brava has a vast variety of golf course choices, with at least five within 20 minutes from the property. With a choice of pitch and putt for the game beginners or the more advanced, the two 18-hole golf course of Emporda only a 20 minute drive. All require dress-code and prices vary according to the star rating of the course. All course provide rental services and lessons/coaching on request.
Travel
Girona airport 40 minute drive some 45 km Barcelona centre (airport approx. 120 km) (1hr 30 min) depending on traffic.
Distances
Nearest town for fresh market, fruit and vegetables,5 min., Palafrugell. Other towns such as the fishing town of Palamos is only 20 mins by car. Neighbouring village, Calella, is only a 10min walk, a popular coastal walk for all visitors.

Llafranc provides a supermarket and 2 patisseries, a cash machine and a variety of good beach front restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit to be paid upon booking. The balance 6 weeks before rental start date. Refundable damage deposit of 300 euros to be paid in person (cash) upon arrival to the property. This will be returned to you upon an inspection of the property and less any damages or breakages occurred.
