Newly furnished with all mod cons, fully air-conditioned. Approx 10 mins walk to Almunecar town. A recently finished 5* hotel is also on site, which includes health centre/gym, restaurant, creche and all the usual facilities associated with a top class area.

Accessibility
Suitable for the elderly as the house is all on one level, whilst there are a few steps from the main entrance to the front door, you can access the property via the underground garage with no steps.
Outside
Lovely large terrace with sea views in the distance, patio furniture is of course included. There is a shared pool for the urbanisation which is rarely busy as the properties are generally for people who live there, rather than holiday lets. Whilst the pool is on the next level down, access is either via a few steps, or there is also an elevator for the elderly.
Coast/Beach
10 min drive to the beaches of Almunecar, or 15 min to various small private/secluded beaches along the coast.
Golf
Los Moriscos 18 hole course at Salobrena (15 mins), Granada gold course (1hr), La Baviera golf course (50 mins) or many in the Malaga area (1hr 15 mins).
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort is 1hr 15 mins away.
Travel
Malaga airport 1 hour, Granada airport 1 hour, Almeria airport 1 hour 30 mins. Car hire recommended to appreciate the local area and is available either at the airport of arrival or in Almunecar town.
Distances
10 min walk into Almunecar town. 15 min drive to Salobrena/ Motril. 20 min drive to Nerja and the famous caves. 60 min to Malaga. 60 min to Alhambra Palace/Granada.
Booking notes
We require 25% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure. A £100 damage deposit is required, but is refunded subject to there being no breakages.
