Set above the valley floor on the foot of a mountain but with quick access it is in a low house density area. Nearby are local shops and restaurants. Jesus Pobre village is approx 1.5km away. Javea old town is approx 4km away and has outdoor and covered food markets.

There is good walking in the mountains, caves, castles and villages to visit. Nearby are local shops and restaurants and the old town has an outdoor and covered food market. A leisure centre, several golf courses, tennis courts and marinas are within a short drive. The Terra Mitica theme park is only a 40 mins drive. Daily fast ferries from Denia sail to the nearby Balearic Islands.
