Situated on the world famous San Roque Golf Course, this stunning first floor apartment enjoys fantastic views from its large southwesterly terrace over the 13th fairway and countryside beyond. Each double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and access on to one of the two terraces. In the spacious lounge/dining room there is a double sofa bed which enables the apartment to sleep a maximum of 8 guests. There is also a separate cloakroom. The large kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. The apartment also benefits from secure underground parking with a lift to all floors, a large storage room and parking for a golf buggy. The beautiful communal swimming pool is manned daily by a Lifeguard from May until October and is 2 mins walk from the apartment. The San Roque Golf Club with all its magnificent facilities, including an excellent Equestrian Centre, is just a short walk away. The beach is 10 mins.

During the Low and Mid Seasons, special rates can be arranged for Short Stays, Long Weekends and longer Winter Lets. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 8.
Discounts will be given for late availability - 6 weeks before departure.
Changeover day
Changeover Day can be flexible during the whole year.
The apartment will be available from 3.30pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Perfect for Golfers but also families (a cot and a high chair can be arranged at an additional cost).
The apartment is air conditioned and centrally heated in the cooler months.
It is the perfect location to explore the less known areas of the Costa de la Luz, Gibraltar and Morocco.
Accessibility
There is a lift from the secure underground car park to all floors. The lift is just outside the front door of the apartment. The apartment has marble floors throughout and is on one level.
Outside
The apartment has two terraces, the largest at the rear has a southwesterly aspect overlooking the 14th Fairway and enjoys uninterrupted views of the countryside beyond. The terrace is accessible from the lounge and Master Bedroom. There is a large dining table with 8 chairs for alfresco dining along with sun loungers, coffee tables and a large sun umbrella. The surrounding gardens are shared and are accessible on the ground floor. The large communal swimming pool, located 2 mins walk from the apartment, has a childrens pool along with toilet, shower and changing facilities. Sun loungers are provided. The pool is manned by a lifeguard from May until October.
The facilities of the San Roque Club can also be enjoyed and these include a magnificent Equestrian Centre, tennis, golf, driving range and a beautiful swimming pool with floating bar. All these facilities are 5 mins walk away.
Coast/Beach
This part of the coast boasts long, wide, golden sandy beaches. The closest is approximately 5 minutes drive at Alcaidesa. This beach has an amazing view of the Rock of Gibraltar.
Famous for it's windsurfing, the coastline of the unspoilt Costa de la Luz is just a 30 minute drive away. Here you can experience a surfer's paradise with plenty of beachside bars and restaurants and wonderful golden sand dunes.
Golf
The apartment is on the famous San Roque Golf Resort overlooking the 14th Fairway. San Roque has two Championship courses (the Spanish Open was played on the new course in 2006 and on the older course in 2005). The immediate vicinity boasts a wealth of other golf courses including Valderama at Sotogrande and the new course at Alcaidesa which is right on the seafront. There are many more along the coast towards Marbella catering for all budgets and standards of play.
Travel
British Airways and Monarch Airlines fly directly into Gibraltar which is a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
Malaga airport is easily accessible, being just approx 1 hour drive, motorway all the way.
Jerez Airport, recently opened up to commercial airlines, is also only a 1 hour drive away, motorway all the way.
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Sotogrande is 5 mins drive. Here, there is a beautiful marina with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The famous marina of Puerto Banus, with its amazing nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants is approx 20 mins drive away. Marbella, the capital of the Costa del Sol, is only a 30 minute drive away.
Gibraltar, steeped in history, is a 15 minute drive.
Further details
The town of San Roque is 3 miles away. Here there is a weekly market, bullring, casino, shops and restaurants.
A large supermarket and the small village of Pueblo Neuvo which offers shops, restaurants, takeaways, and a gym are a 5 min drive from the apartment. You can also find mountain bike hire, DVD hire, a large pharmacy and freshly baked bread and croissants.
Carrefour, an enormous hypermarket is 20 mins drive away.
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is a two hour drive, along with the historical towns of Granada and Alhambra.
Tarifa, the windsurfing capital of the Costa de la Luz, is a 30 min drive away.
For those more adventurous and wanting to sample a completely different culture, a ferry will take you from Algerciras to Tangier, North Africa in 1 1/2 hours.
A small commercial centre on the San Roque Resort includes a bank with cash point.
