There is a £35 administration (laundry/cleaning) charge which is payable with the final payment.

A discount of £25 per week is given for longer lets over 4 weeks.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is in each bedroom and lounge area, also there are ceiling fans in each of these rooms. There is also a hairdryer available in the property. A cot can be made available but you need to ask at time of booking and the cost is payable on arrival to key-holder.
A welcome pack is also available if required please ask at time of booking. Payable to keyholder on arrival.

Coast/Beach
It is about a 25 minute walk to the beach of Lo Pagan. This is part of the Mar Menor a beautiful lagoon, which is safe for children.
Golf
Close to a number of championship golf courses including Villamartin.
Special interest holidays
There is a nature reserve nearby for bird watchers. There are flamingos at the nature reserve to see around August, September and October.
Travel
Approximately a 10 min drive from Murcia airport and 45 drive from Alicante airport. Car hire is available from both airports. There is car parking outside the house. Bike hire is available locally. Airport pick ups can be arranged at time of booking please ask for prices.
Distances
San Pedro del Pinatar is about a 15 minute walk with a large market on a Monday (well worth a visit).
Salt and mud lakes: 10 mins walk, 5 mins drive.
El Mojon: 10 mins drive (A few restaurants).
Torre and Pilar de la Horadada: 10 mins drive.
La Manga: 30 mins drive, also can get there by boat
Murcia:30 mins drive (large selection of shops)
Cartagena: 45 mins drive.
Torrevieja: 30 mins drive.
Further details
There are numerous bars/restaurants within 10 minutes walk. An English supermarket (Jack and Sons) is 5 minutes walk through the estate. Dos Mares is a shopping complex which is about 10 minutes drive away with numerous shops, a large supermarket, a cinema and a large variety of eating establishments.
Cabo Roig Strip: 15 mins drive, very lively, loads of pubs and clubs.
Booking notes
