Studio 1 has 2 pull-down, wardrobe beds (and a double sofabed for 3rd person) that leave studio space free during the day, Studio 2 has 2 beds and a sofabed. Dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and satellite TV with all English channels. Fantastic pool, sea and mountain views from 180 degree south-west facing balcony - afternoon and evening sun. Fully equipped kitchens with double sink, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine (studio 1 only). Linen and towels supplied. 24 hour reception with English speaking staff, Internet access, and safety deposit boxes and drinks machines. 5 pools and extensive landscaped gardens. Cafeteria and bar for exclusive use of residents. 500 metres from the sea, close to public transport, shops, bars, restaurants. Malaga airport only 15 minutes by car. 4 lifts within the block.

Notes on prices
Prices for 2 people per week in pounds. 3rd/4th person extra.
30% deposit required, payable by cheque or direct bank transfer with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival in Spain. Full payment can be accepted in Sterling by cheque or direct into UK bank account. Deposits in euros can also be paid directly into Spanish bank account
Payment by PayPal also possible, but will incur extra charge to cover PayPal's commission.

Changeover day
No strict changeover day, but in high season (June - September) there is a one-off charge of £25 to cover any lost days if the booking is not Saturday - Saturday.

Minerva complex is ideal for families. The pools and gardens are very safe. There are 2 kiddies' pools and in the summer months, lifeguards are always on duty.

Outside
Probably the most fantastic Pools and Gardens on the Costa! Large garden areas for sunbathing. Cafeteria/bar for the exclusive use of residents of Minerva/Jupiter.
Coast/Beach
Just over 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. The world famous Benalmadena Marina is only 15 mins walk away. Paloma Park can be seen from the balconies of the studios is 5 mins walk away with bars, children’s' play areas, Selwo Park for dolphin shows.
Golf
Costa del Sol also known as Costa del Golf. Some fabulous, award-winning golf courses a few minutes drive from the apartments.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountain range only 2 hours away. Ski in the morning, sunbathe in the afternoon!
Travel
Malaga airport is 10-15 mins drive away, about €20 -€25 in a taxi. Car is not necessary as all facilities are within walking distance.
Distances
The town of Arroyo de la Miel is only a few mins' walk away with a good array of shops, bars and restaurants. Benalmadena Pueblo (village) is a short drive or bus journey, a typical Andalucian white-washed village. Torremolinos and Fuengirola are only a few stops on the train. Benalmadena / Arroyo train station is 10 mins walk with connections to Malaga town centre and the airport. Orgainsed coach trips to Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Mijas, Ronda, etc, etc pick up right outside Minerva.
Further details
Benalmadena Costa has excellent bars, night clubs, cabaret and dancing venues. There are bars hosting nightly quizzes, karaoke and bingo. Many bars have large screen TVs and show all the main sporting events. Bonanza Square with its lively atmosphere has loads of restaurants, bars and clubs is just around the corner from Minerva. At the Puerto Marina which is about 15 mins walk away you will find a great choice of restaurants, bars and nightclubs in fact something to suit all ages and tastes. Tivoli World in Arroyo de La Miel is a Spanish theme park with rides, Flamenco dancing and evening concerts. From here you can take a ride on the cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views all the way down to the Rock of Gibraltar. Paloma Park is within walking distance and is beautiful to stroll around. There is a large lake and you can see all kinds of wildlife there - cockerels, chickens, rabbits, peacocks to name but a few of creatures that share the park, it is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform there daily. There are two excellent water parks nearby in Torremolinos and Fuengirola (Mijas Costa) which are easy to get to and a fun day out for all the family. On the beach there are many water sports that you can take part in, including speed-bikes, pedalos and paragliding. fFshing trips are available from the Marina and the Port at Fuengirola and there are also daily boat trips from the marina.

A non refundable deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable to secure a booking with the balance being due 4 weeks prior your departure.
