The Al Andalus residential complex is finished to a high specification creating a relaxing and beautiful garden environment. Access to the complex is via electric security gates and has an allocated covered parking bay. The complex benefits from a large outside pool, toddlers' pool and an indoor heated pool for all year round use. Also on site is a children’s play area and paddle tennis court. The apartment is beautifully finished and fitted with all facilities you would expect, including air conditioning, UK satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The complex is less than 5 minutes by car from the fantastic 7 mile beach of Vera Playa and a fabulous Water Park. Located within 10 to 15 minutes drive are at least 4 golf courses. Close by again within 5-10 minutes is a lovely Spanish resort of Garrucha where you will find a fabulous go kart course where you can work up an appetite for all those lovely seafood restaurants.

Outside
Patio table with 4 chairs, 4 sunlounges. The large outside pool is fenced in and open May to September. The indoor pool is open September to March. The indoor pool is also heated, all pools are shared.
Coast/Beach
Al Andalus Residential is 2km from a large sandy beach stretching for 7km. The naturist beaches of Vera Playa are approximately 4km. The local fishing port of Garrucha has fantastic seafood on offer, and there are many restaurants within easy reach of the complex. Mojacar Playa has an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes as well as bars and clubs that don't spoil the small holiday resort appeal. The whole area is restricted to developments of 3 storeys.
Golf
Apartment is located within easy reach of 4 golf courses that suit all levels of golfer. It is also very close to a driving range with a putting green and a 2-hole pitch and putt. The courses are: Cortijo Grande 9-hole soon to be 18 A Very relaxed but challenging course set amongst orange groves and hills. Desert Springs, 18 hole par 72 The Indiana course is the first desert course in Europe and has been built to full USGA specifications and quality standards of the now famous desert courses of Arizona and California. Marina golf 18 hole par 72 This 18 hole course has 9 holes located next to the beach which are flat, and the remaining 9 holes on the side or a small hill, resulting in varied shot-making. Valle de Este. 18 hole par 71 The Valle del Este course has been integrated into the surrounding landscape by making use of indigenous vegetation. There is a good combination of very challenging holes, with other less strenuous holes.
Travel
Almeria airport is 40 mins by car. Alicante is approx 2 hours. Murcia is 1 hour 40 mins.Granada is 2 hours. Car hire is recommended.

Adjacent to the complex is a superb supermarket for all your needs. 2 minutes drive away is another supermarket with a number of boutiques, bars and an internet cafe. 5 mins away is the water park where you can spend a day of fun or if you're brave enough you can visit the Europes number 1 Naturist beach. There are also a number of banks within 5 mins drive and a selection of restaurants, ranging from Chinese, Italian, Indian and not forgetting bars with tapas.
Booking notes
Booking deposit UK 25% or minimum £50, balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payable by cheque or bank transfer. Visitors from outside the UK, 40% deposit by bank transfer, balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Late bookings less than 8 weeks, the total amount is payable on booking. A £50 damage deposit is taken at the time of payment and held until after the rental.
