Two bedroom rustic style villa, built 4 years ago with wooden beams throughout. Set in large private grounds, with fantastic views. Large walk-in salt pool adjacent to a covered BBQ area. The property has everything you need, towels for the house and a large supply of pool towels. The villa is set in 12.000 sq.m of land with fruit trees and olives. Very private and secure with fantastic views. Pick up can be arranged from the airport (Malaga), which is half hour drive, with wonderful views over Sierra Nevada. Car hire can be arranged through our local agent in the village at very good rates. This year we have put a new large L shaped wicker sofa/s on covered terrace which has a music centre, books just nice to relax after the pool.

Notes on accommodation
The property is set in 12.000sqm of land with orange, almond and olive trees large walk in salt pool ideal for small children has no stairs, pool is approx 14x8 metre. Large brick built BBQ with fitted kitchen and fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, radio, full supply of cups, plates and everything you need at the BBQ. To the side of the BBQ area facing the pool is a walk in shower and seperate wc. Table tennis table, dart board and swings for young children.

Access to the drive way is stones.
Outside
Large lawned area near pool and BBQ sun chairs are supplied. Please note this is a new salt pool which is the latest thing very good for the skin. All pool towels are supplied and there are blow up beds and rings for children. Large table tennis, football game, large darts cabin. Pool towels can be taken to beach.
Coast/Beach
20klm from Marbella and 35km to Mijas by car.
Golf
Golf course close by and riding schools. Shopping centre and half hour drive to the sea.
Travel
Malaga is the closest airport but Ryanair fly in to Granada, which is approx 1 hour 20 mins away. Malaga is 30 mins. Car is essential.
Distances
The house is 5 mins drive to Coin village, where there is a large amount of shops and a commercial centre. With a market on Saturday, plus a Sunday market in the commercial centre. Marbella is close by, as is Mijas which is a very pretty town.
Ronda which is 45 mins drive away is built into the mountain
and is a very big tourist attraction.
Further details
The house is situated on the Ronda Road, Ronda is one of the most fantastic old towns in Spain. There are local restaurants
and indian and chinese in the village.
Booking notes
A deposit of £300 is required to hold booking that will be returned 7 days after departure balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Pick up can be arranged from airport if required. A welcome pack will be in the villa when you arrive.please let us know if you require cot,high chair or small bed.
Guest comments
Have a guest book in the house for comments, all very good. Have just booked a couple again for this year. Always welcome to give contact details from people who stayed last year. We speak Nederlands, German, Spanish and English.
