Los Olivos is one of 9 modern houses sharing a communal pool. On the upper level the house comprises lounge/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, family bathroom and a patio area. Stairs lead down from the patio to the paved garden and lower level where there is a further living room, double bedroom, shower room and utilities room. The paved garden has an outdoor shower and brick built barbeque and of course plenty of sun! Los Olivos is in a very quiet location with Moraira 3km in one direction and the Jalon valley 10 minutes drive in the other. There are 4 fine restaurants within walking distance.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has one single bed and futon, again with fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. On the lower floor bedroom 3 has a double bed with wardrobe and freestanding fan. |
| Bathrooms: |
On the upper level there is a family bathroom with bath, WC, bidet and shower over the bath. On the lower level there is a shower room with WC. |
| Kitchen: |
Although small, the kitchen area is complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and combined hob and has ample crockery, cutlery and pans to comfortably meet the needs of 4-6 guests. |
| Utility Room: |
On the lower level is a utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, patio furniture and vaious beach toys! |
| Living Rooms: |
The upper lounge/dining room has an open fireplace and stereo. There are also ample books, magazines and games. |

There is parking to the front of the property for one car. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Cleaning is included in the price as is use of linen and an array of both bath and beach towels. These can be changed weekly if required. A reasonable amount of gas and electricity is also included. |
Notes on accommodation
As the house is on 2 levels, with the pool 70m from the house, it is ideal for adults or those couples with older children.

Accessibility
At present the house does not have full access for those with mobility difficulties.
Outside
The downstairs garden has ample patio furniture and sun loungers. The communal pool (10m x 6m) is shared between the nine houses of Los Olivos but is always very quiet. A brick built barbecue is available in the lower patio.
Coast/Beach
The house lies 3km from Moraira, a part of the Teulada coastline, which offers a wealth of possibilities, from sandy beaches to lonely rocky coves only approachable from the sea. The normal water activities are all available.
Golf
Javea 9-hole golf course is 10 minutes drive with La Sella an 18-hole championship golf course in Denia only 30 minutes away.
Travel
The house is 10 minutes drive from the motorway which gives access to both international airports of Alicante and Valencia each about one hour drive. Car hire is recommended although the taxi service into Moraira is easy to access.
Further details
Moraira has a wealth of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes with a weekly produce and goods market.
Booking notes
Guests should either email or telephone (after 6.00pm) for further details. A refundable deposit of £50 is taken against breakages at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure. We recommend obtaining holiday insurance to cover cancellation and illness when booking.
