The villa is located in the La Altos area of Torrevieja and is within easy reach of Blue flag beaches many restaurants and shops. Alicante and Murcia airport are easily accessible for the villa. Airport transfers are available.

Bedlinen is included and changed weekly on arrival and departure. There is a cleaning fee of 40 euros to be paid when you return your key to our agent. We DO NOT provide towels. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for children as the patio area to the front of the villa is gated as is the pool area which is situated right at the front of our villa.
Heaters and cooling fans are available should you need them.
Accessibility
Residents private parking is within 10meters of the villa the villa would not be suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Large patio area with terrace and balcony to the front of the property the private gated residents pool area is situated right at the front of the villa all outdoor furniture sunloungers are available for your private use. The villa also has a small private rear yard for drying clothes.
Coast/Beach
Among some of the attractive features of Torrevieja are the magnificant sandy beaches, cliff walks and natural beauty spots.
Torrevieja has several beaches which have been awarded the EU Blue flag this assures clean water and excellent facilities.
Many of the above are within a 15 minute walk or 5 mins by car from the villa.
Golf
This area has many top class 18 hole golf courses including the famous Villamartin course which is about 15 mins drive away and is open to none members.
Skiing
During the winter months a full range of skiing facilities are to be found in the Sierra Nevada mountain ski resort.
Travel
Alicante airport is a full international airport and is 35 minutes drive from the villa many low cost airlines fly direct from the UK to here.
Murcia airport is also nearby and again serviced by many low cost airlines the traveling time from Murcia airport to the villa is 30 mins.
Car hire is available at both airports but not essential as airport tranfers are available to all guests please enquire when booking with the owner.
Distances
Local shop 5 mins walk main centre 10 mins walk.
Torrevieja is the main town and is about a 30 minute walk. along the coast or 10 minutes by car or bus which is available locally.
Further details
Many good restaurants and cafes are within 10 mins of the villa and are accessible on foot or by car.
Torrevieja market is held every Friday and is a must for all visitors to the area the evening is spent wandering the stalls or simply pass the time in one of the many local waterfront bars or restaurants. There is also a market in Playa Flamenca on a Saturday. There is also a large international Marina in Torrevieja, there is also a water park only 15mns away and Go Karting.

Full payment of your rental is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival.There is a cleaning fee of 40 euros which is to be paid when you return your keys to our agent.
