Welcome to Albir Villa which is situated in a residential area. The villa is very spacious providing excellent accommadation for the larger family. Beautiful gardens, pool and large BBQ area for outside dining. Albir is a small family resort. Benidorm is 10 minutes by car offering fantastic night life and theme parks. Altea is minutes away and is steeped in history.

Saturday is our main changeover day but we can be flexible off peak. Vacate before 11am. Arrivals from 4pm.

Outside
The villa is well secluded in 1100sqm of private walled gardens, surrounded by a selection of Mediterranean plants and palms. Many terraces providing sun and shade, a large BBQ area ideal for outside dining. Seating areas and sun loungers surround the pool which has been tastefully finished in mosaic tiles, the pool can be floodlit, allowing night time swimming. Gates and ample parking,
Coast/Beach
Albir beach is 10 mins walk. Altea is 25 mins seaside walk. Benidorm is 10 mins in a car (lovely beaches).
Golf
Golf practice range in Albir. Don Cayo Golf Course in Altea.
Three extra Golf Courses in Terra Mitica Benidorm.
Travel
Alicante airport is 40 mins drive. Valencia airport is 55 mins drive. We can highly recommend a local taxi service.
