Our beautiful villa is set in just under and acre of land surrounded by thousands of acres of almond groves and near by olive groves, 1050 metres above sea level in the Sierra de Las Estancias. With stunning views and a peaceful, natural environment for miles around, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Historic Spain is only a few minutes drive away, a monastery, churches and old Spanish villages with traditional tapas bars and restaurants. An array of activities are available. Art classes, bird watching, a water park, a wild west theme park. With superb sandy beaches, the coast is only 35 miles away. For the more adventurous, horse riding, paragliding, hiking. Or, with the coast so near, why not try scuba diving in our swimming pool.

Changeover day
Booking in from 3pm, unless there is a prior arrangement. All rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

| Living Rooms: | There is a large living room with TV and DVD, Coffee table and large Italian leather sofa/corner unit, The dining room has a dining table, side board and mirror. The french windows open on to the swimming pool terrace. |

Linen and towels are replaced once a week. The Swimming pool is cleaned once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa and pool are for your use only. The Towels we supply are for the villa bathrooms only & they are not to be used for the swimming pool or beach, Please bring your own beach towels. The villa is detached. For your convenience, There is a management company that will meet & greet you on your arrival and for all general maintenance and care (cleaning of the villa, pool and gardening). For hire; a travel cot, bottle sterilizer and high chair available for babies. Electricity is include in the price, but due to an excessive mis-use in the past, a Generous limit of £35.00 of Electricity per week is allocated for your stay. A Meter reading is taken at the beginning & end of your stay. Any Electricty used over the limit will be taken from your inventory deposit.

We have just under an acre of land which is walled and fenced in. Our private 12 metre by 6 metre swimming pool is max 2m deep, min 1.2 m deep is situated next to our large shaded patio terrace in front of the villa. The pool is for your use only. There is a table & chairs.
Coast/Beach
The nearest seaside towns are, Mojacar and Garrucha. They are about 35 to 45 miles away.
Golf
There is a choice of golf courses in the area and we will be pleased to help you, should you need it.
Skiing
There is ski resorts in the Sierras at Granada.
Special interest holidays
There are plenty of activities near by are: art classes, bird watching, a water park, Fort Bravo wild west theme park. The busy market town of Albox is 25 minutes away. With superb sandy beaches, the coast is only 35 miles away. For the more adventurous, horse riding, paragliding, hiking, sea fishing.
How to get there
Easyjet, Ryanair, Thomson, and Monarch, seem to be the cheapest for these airpots; Almeria, Murcia (San Javier), Alicante and Granada Airports are all within a 1 hour & 30 to 45 minute drive.
Car hire is essential. Carjet are probably the cheapest and operate from each airport.
Distances
The historic Saliente Monastery is 5 minutes drive, The market town of Albox is 25 minutes drive. The Velez Blanco Castle is 25 minutes Drive & the Lorca Castle is 45 minutes drive, The beautiful Baza Lake is 45 minutes drive.
There is a water park near Garrucha 35 to 40 miles away & Fort Bravo Wild West theme Park at Tabernas, 40 miles away.
Further details
There are plenty of bars & restaurants within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The closest less than a 5 min drive is the Saliente Monastery restaurant. There is an array of shops in Albox, 25 minutes drive away, including; banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, Market Day is Tuesday.
Booking notes
A non returnable deposit of £200 per week will secure your booking. also an inventory deposit of £200 which will be repaid the week after departure by internet. both the full balance & your inventory deposit are to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. Holidays booked at 8 weeks or less require a non-returnable deposit of 50%: the balance/inventory to be paid not less than 1 week before arrival.

We have great wild life, incredibly dark star gazing nights & in those very hot Spanish summer days & night, a refreshing mountain breeze.
Because we are in the Campo & not right next to the Playa the shop, bar & restaurant prices are a lot less.
