Two luxury apartments, both top level on a communal beachside pool (June to September) complex. The apartments are beautifully furnished with all home comforts, including TV and video, hi-fi with CD player with a selection of CDs and have fully equipped kitchens. Air-con and heating in both apartments. They have outside terraces, underground car parking spaces and are in the village of Zahara de los Atunes and Atlanterra (2 minute drive from Zahara). Zahara de los Atunes is a small fishing village on the Costa de la Luz, 30km north of Tarifa on the Atlantic coast. The village has a large selection of restaurants and bars. The beach stretches from Atlanterra to Barbate, a distance of over 12km. It is wide, bordered by dunes and carpeted with the most wonderful golden sand and is safe to swim. Can be easily reached by several airports including Malaga, Gibraltar, Seville and Jerez. Ryanair fly from Stansted to Jerez and Seville.

Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave combination oven with grill. The kitchen has everything you will need including, toaster, coffee maker, blender and plentiful supply of dishes. Hence if you like to cook when on holiday you will have everything you need.
Lounge/dining room - you can eat dinner with a wonderful sea view.

Notes on accommodation
There are lifts in the apartment complex. The apartments have every home comfort including, TV and video, Hi-fi with CD player. Satellite tv has been installed which includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky News. There are plenty of videos in the apartments along with a selection of cds.
Sorry, no pets.
This is not normal rental accomodation as the owners have a lot of their personal belongings in the apartments, which makes them home from home.
A travel cot can be provided for youngsters.
Finally both apartments have Aircon and heating so perfect to rent anytime of year.

Outside
There is a communal pool on the complex (June to September). There are also underground car parking spaces available (essential during the season). 1133 Bahia de la Plata: There are 2 huge outside terraces with fantastic seaviews and also countryside views. Atico K Zahara Mar: There is an outside terrace with views over the swimming pool.

Coast/Beach
The apartments are within 2 minutes walking distance of the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The owners live in Zahara and have been coming here for several years so they can offer you advice on trips and the best restaurants to eat. There are also many other beaches within easy reach, where you can windsurf, kite surf, body board or just relax in a quiet cove.

Golf
There are several Golf courses nearby, inclding :

9 Holes and Driving Range
Idyllically meandering its way through the exclusive villas of San Andreas, this is the perfect holiday golf course.
Wide fairways, short rough and manicured greens, lots of bunkers and the usual “Spanish Style” water hazards, together with its considerable length, makes this course a good challenge for golfers of all standards.
Genial, relaxed staff, totally informal dress code, inexpensive green fees and buggy hire make this a must for enthusiasts.
Why not take your non-playing partner, he or she can drive the buggy and admire the villas skirting the course, while you spend a pleasant few hours hacking around.

Travel
Jerez Airport 1 hour (Ryanair and NEW Monarch flight from Manchester). Malaga Airport - 2 hours (Many airlines including easyjet). Gibraltar Airport 1 hour (Monarch and BA). Seville Airport 2 hours (BA, Ryanair and Iberia). Car hire is recommended, however we do provide a pick up service from the airports. Please enquire for prices and details. Welcome pack is provided for all guests which includes tea, coffee, milk, juice, wine and many other essentials for when you arrive.

Distances
Cadiz is 1 hours drive and is well worth a visit. Jerez is 50 minutes away where you can visit the many Bodegas and the Andalucian Equestrian center. Vejer de la Fontera is only 15 minutes, this is a beautiful white mountain village. Many other places to visit which makes this a perfect location to explore.

Further details
Both apartments have maps, plenty of leaflets, phrase book and a useful information folder with everything to make your holiday as smooth as possible. There is a selection of books and games if you want to relax for an evening.
Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing. Nearby Tarifa is famous for its kite surfing and you can also take a ferry from Tarifa to Tangiers.

Booking notes
Bookings can be held for 48 hours, which allows flights and car hire to be arranged. I am flexible on arrival and departure dates along with number of nights.
