Changeover day
Arrival and departures can be on any day to suit you.
The apartment can normally be occupied from 16.00 on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on your departure day. However, these times can be relaxed if there is no guest changeover.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with lamp and fitted wardrobe with drawers. Bed settee in lounge.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with large mirror and shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
Fully tiled en suite bathroom with large mirror, toilet, bath with shower over.
Kitchen: Galley kitchen with granite work surfaces.
Oven, hob with extractor fan over, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and juicer.
Iron, ironing board and clothes airer included.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining area. 2 settees (1 sofabed), satellite TV and expandable dining table with 4 chairs.
Other: Additional table and 4 chairs on balcony leading off lounge.
Roof terrace with loungers receiving all day sun.

Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own beach/sunbathing towels.
There is a 50 euros cleaning fee to be paid either on arrival or departure.

Coast/Beach
A small beach and beach restaurant is only a 15-20 minute walk. There are numerous other beaches from small to seemingly never ending within a 20 minute drive north and south including the Mar Menor.

Golf
Villamartin golf course within 10 minute drive. Campoamour and Las Ramblas golf courses within a 20 minute drive.

Travel
Alicante airport has the most frequent flights and to a large number of airports and is a 35 minute drive away. Murcia airport is about 25 minutes away. We can arrive transfers from both airports. Alicante 70 Euro return and Murcia 55 Euro return. We recommend a car but a bus stop is only a few hundred metres from the apartment which goes to Torrevieja.

Distances
Torrevieja with its large Carrefour hypermarket, Habeneras shopping mall, street markets and long promenade and harbour is about 10 minutes by car. Cartegena, Murcia, Orihuela and Alicante are all an easy drive away (within an hour). Villamartin plaza is less than a 10 minutes drive with many restaurants and we recommend one evening here during your stay.

Further details
A new Mercadona restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away and several more are also within walking distance.
There is a weekly disco at the nearby Torrehoven hotel (10 minute walk). Go karts are available on the coast road and about a 20 mins walk. The area is famed for its 2 large salt lakes which are a designated nature reserve. A water park is also easily reachable by car in about 10 minutes which the kids in particular will enjoy. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 mins walk including Italian, Chinese and German to be able to eat somewhere different every day of the week including one which has a carvery every day. One of the nearest retaurants, Patio Andaluz usually has flamenco twice a week in high season (booking recommended). Banking facilities and cash point is available at the near parade of shops.

Booking notes
A £70 deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure plus a refundable £80 deposit against breakages/lost keys etc. A second week can be obtained at a 15% discount. Cancellation policy:
More than 6 weeks - Loss of Deposit
4 - 6 weeks - Loss of Deposit & 25% of balance
2 - 4 weeks - Loss of Deposit & 50% of balance
Less than 2 weeks - No refund
Insurance: We recommend your insurance covers your party and belongings during your stay.
