Accessibility
This property is not suitable for disabled persons.
Outside
The pool is approx 6x4m. The outside furniture includes a dining table and 4 chairs a coffee table and 2 chairs and four sun loungers and a large umbrella.
The area around the pool has a 3m drop to the lower garden - so care must be taken with young children.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches the closest being Cala Moraig which is only 5 mins drive, the best beaches for young children are El Portet and Moraira, which are only 10 mins drive away and are very shallow with no strong currents.
Golf
3 golf courses within 30 mins drive.
Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are only a hours drive and Murcia airport is 1½ hour’s drive.
Distances
The list is endless for places to visit but close by you have Javea and the Jalon and Orba Valleys with their vineyards and orange groves. Also Guadalest and the waterfalls at Algar are only 30 mins drive. If you like theme parks Terra Mitca etc are all in the Benidorm area which is 30 mins along the motorway.
Further details
The Cumbre del Sol has its own commercial centres with shops bars cafes and restaurants. A 10 min walk to the Lirios centre. Further photographs are available if required.
Booking notes
A deposit of £300 is required to secure your booking. 50% is to be paid 12 weeks prior to your vacation. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to vacation. A bond of £300 is required and is returned 7 days after your vacation if no accidental damage has occurred.
