The property has its own solarium with shower, private parking, bathroom on 1st floor plus WC on ground floor. Very spacious, fully equipped American style kitchen including washing machine, microwave fridge freezer etc. There are also all beach requisites housed in the shed on the drive. There is large TV with Satellite service and a DVD player. Punta Prima lies just an hours drive from Benidorm where you can visit Terra Mitica Theme Park. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Discounts for long lets by arrangement with owner, an example would be approx £600 a month in the winter months. 60 euros cleaning charge. Discounts would be available, we are always willing to discuss.
Changeover day
Arrival after 4.00pm if property has been occupied. Departure by 10.00am if new tenants arriving same day otherwise by arrangement with owner.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users. Has 5 steps up to property and stairs to bedrooms.
Outside
Own key to large shared pool which is very well maintained. Certain restrictions apply, for example shower before using, tie long hair back etc. The pool is around the corner (see photo). The front of the property has a large patio with furniture and mature plants, barbeque (see photo).
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk from Punta Prima beach. Fabulous water. The whole coastline is scattered with beautiful beaches like La Zenia, Camponoor, Guadamar, Torrevieja - you are spoilt for choice. You can hire sun beds at the beaches but we always take our own.
Golf
Villa Martin 5 km. Las Ramelas and others close by.
Travel
40 mins Alicante. 20 mins Murcia. Car hire not essential though quite cheap if you decide to hire a car.
