Peacefully situated on the outskirts of town, it is only a 2 minute drive or 10/15 minute walk to the many local bars, restaurants, shops and fabulous sandy beaches. Conil is an unspoilt, whitewashed, fishing village with an abundance of breathtaking golden beaches to choose from.

Suitable for families. No smoking. Ceiling fans in main rooms and radiators provided for winter guests. Hairdryer provided.
Outside
The large terrace, overlooking the lawned gardens, is part shaded by 2 mature olive trees. A table, 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers and BBQ are provided. There is a paddle tennis court for use by residents only. The large communal swimming pool is surrounded by a fence for safety. Please note that the pool is open from the 15 June - 15 September only.

The closest beaches, Playa de Los Bateles and Playa de la Fontanilla are 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk. In total there are 14km of beaches around Conil with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters.

Kite surfing, paragliding, surfing and windsurfing are available at Conil, Bolonia, Cadiz, Canos de Meca, Gibraltar, La Barrosa, Novo Sancti Petri, Roche, San Fernando and Tarifa. Dive at various locations, sail at Cadiz and Gibraltar and dolphin and whale watch in the Straits.

Further details
The fishing village of Conil is very popular with the Spanish as a holiday destination and as such still retains its typical Andalucian feel with narrow cobbled streets, real Tapas bars, open-air markets at weekends and pavement cafes around the main plazas. In the centre of Conil town there are still ruins dating back to the Moorish period. Countless inner courtyards, typical of the region, can also be seen along the many alleys and streets. Conil offers a rich variety of fresh produce, tasty dishes and excellent wines. It is particularly well-known for its seafood restaurants, many of which can be found on the beaches. If you enjoy wonderful food and wine at very reasonable prices you will feel at home in Conil.
