The property is a 2 storey apartment overlooking the pool (which you can also use) to the front and orange groves to the rear. You can see the 16th and 17th fairways of the pine forest based Las Ramblas Golf Course. We are on the golf complex. It is a quiet and clean location within comfortable reach of both Alicante and Murcia airports. A short drive will take you to two other golf courses at Campoamor and Villamartin. A large selection of restaurants is available locally. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/dining area, self catering. Microwave. Parking area. The master bedroom leads out on to a large private sun terrace. Cleaning and linen included. Golfers Weekends can be arranged.

We will consider a longer let during January, February and March. If 6 weeks or more are required, the rate will drop by up to 50%. Golf Special : 4 days 4 people £40 each.

| Bedrooms: | The light and airy master bedroom has a king size double bed, wall-mounted air conditioning unit and terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with view. Bedroom 3 has twin single beds with view. Marble floors throughout. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 2 is fully tiled in Mediterranean blue and white ceramic tiles with a large mirror. There is a full sized bath, basin, bidet and a shower. The main en-suite bathroom has a shower and bath. It is of very modern design. Entirely clad in marble. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is situated just off the sitting room/dining area and is separated by a marble breakfast bar. Ceramic hob, an oven, fridge with freezer section, microwave and a supply of crockery and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Utility area washing machine, iron and ironing board. Hot water boiler. |
| Living Rooms: | Light, having a side window and patio doors that lead on to a balcony. The balcony overlooks the pool. TV is provided (including DVD Player) and there is a radio. There are 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table, bookshelves, table, 6 chairs. |

We include fresh linen and towels, with laundry and a full clean at the end of your stay within our rate. Please request separate information of available extras such as meeting you at the airport, welcome packs, golf bookings. Beach towels not included. |

Accessibility
Access is up one flight of stairs. There is no lift. The property is then on 2 floors.
Outside
Lovely shared pool set in well maintained gardens right in front of our property. Enjoy the private balcony and very private penthouse sun terrace areas all day and evening. Outdoor table, chairs and BBQ. Weather is good most of the year.
Coast/Beach
Lovely beaches can be found within 10 minutes drive at La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, which is next to a Marina. There are also beaches all down this coast and the Mar Menor is within easy driving distance with its calm waters and long endless beaches. You will be spoilt for choice.
Golf
Situated on the Las Ramblas Golf Course complex. Within very easy reach are the well regarded Campoamor and Villamartin Golf Courses. If you play golf and want to book your golf in advance we can arrange this for you. You can see the 16th and 17th Fairways of Las Ramblas Golf Course. You can also just see the Campoamor Golf Course, which is behind us.
Travel
The property is 60 minutes drive south of Alicante airport.
The property is 30 minutes drive north of Murcia (San Javier) airport. It is easy to get to. Car hire is recommended and help with this is available on request.
Distances
Alicante is 1 hour north by car. Murcia is 40 mins south and inland by car. The Mar Menor is around 40 mins by car. The Historic old Roman town of Cartagena is about 1 hour south by car.
Further details
Restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, papers etc are all within easy reach either walking (allow 15 mins each way) or by car.
