The apartment has air conditioning/heating, sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6 using sofabed in lounge, the large communal pool is set in secure well maintained gardens and has pool changing facilities. The terrace is large and has sun from morning to sundown, with views to Benalmadea Pueblo and the mountains. Torrequebrada Golf clubhouse is a 5 mins walk. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mejas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Marina and Fuengirola are all a short drive away. Plenty of local activities for children with water parks and zoo in Fuengirola. Beaches with water sports, sun beds and umbrellas, restaurants etc. Local markets. Casino. Cable car ride to top of mountains and fantastic views.

The apartment has a large balcony which has the sun from morning to sundown, a teak table and 4 reclining chairs, sun umbrella, a smaller table and 2 chairs, views to Benalmadena Pueblo and the mountains, there is also an area undercover for those who prefer the shade.
The pool is situated in secure well maintained gardens, has safety railings around it, there are sun loungers and umbrellas provided, there is also a pool changing room with WC.
Golf
Torrequebrada Golf Club entrance is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and there are many more Golf Clubs in the area.
Travel
Apartment is a 15 mins drive from Malaga Airport.
The local bus service stops outside the apartment gates.
Booking notes
There is a £100 refundable deposit for breakages or lost keys.
A deposit of 50% paid at time of booking, the balance to be paid in cash or cleared 2 months before arrival. Long let discounts are negotiable.
