This is a stunning villa with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (two ensuite) and one cloak room. A large private swimming pool, children’s tree house and table tennis, in an excellent location. The accommodation is set over 2 levels. The entrance hall leads into a large spacious open plan living-dining room with two large sofas and armchair. The dining table comfortably seats 8. The dining room gives access to the chill out area, overlooking the pool with views to the Penon. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen which leads out to a breakfast terrace/BBQ area. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard throughout providing a stylish but relaxed feel. There is a selection of DVDs, CDs, books, games and British TV. Stairs from the chill out area lead down to a large terrace and the pool. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in shower room and a private terrace with spectacular views.

Changeover day
Normally changeover days are Saturday to Saturday however changeover days will be arranged to suit where possible, likewise arrival times. Departure time is normally 10:00, arrival time 14:00, although again we will fit in wherever we can.

Calpe has 2 beautiful Blue Flag beaches with wheelchair access. Les Bassettes local marina is within 5 mins and has a host of watersport facilities from, sailing, kayaking to suba diving.

Travel
Calpe is 1 hour from Valencia and 45 mins to Alicante airports. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Calpe is a thriving traditional Spanish town well known for its port, marina and excellent restaurants. Calpe also boasts 2 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches, which are divided by the towering 'Penon de Ifach Rock'. Just 40 mins drive north from Alicante Airport and 60 mins south from Valencia - host to the America's Cup and approx 2 hours flying time from the UK. Calpe is within easy reach of a range of family entertainment such as Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park in Benidorm.

In the first instance please contact us by email or phone us to confirm the booking. A £500 non-refundable deposit is payable on booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival. An additional refundable breakage deposit of £350 is required which will be refunded once your holiday is over.
