14km inland by the Guadiaro River. Cottage on a 5 hectre farm with stables. Farmhouse close by. Pool 11m x 5m.In aprox 750 square meters of walled off garden. Views across into hills and white villages. Ideal for riding close to many golf courses and 20 mins from beach and Puerto Sotogrande. Nearest village is 6 km away. Great for birdwatching walking riding. Not suitable for very young children.

The cottage has a patio with barbecue and outside furniture. The pool (11m x 5m) is set in a garden that is walled, with shade areas and pool house with fridge and honesty bar. The pool is 1.5m-2m in depth and not suitable for small children.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 15 mins drive away. The Atlantic beach is approx 1 hour's drive.

Golf
Many golf courses within 25 mins drive including Valdarama, San Roque, Sotogrande, La Canada, Cortesin, La Duquesa and Alcaidesa.

Special interest holidays
For riders exploring the Spanish countryside. Non-riders or beginners have a choice of lessons in the floodlit school. Polo club in the next village.

Malaga, 90 mins. Gibraltar, 30 mins. Jerez, 140 mins.

Distances
Nearest village, 6km. Tarifa, 1 hour. Sevilla, 2.30 hours. Ronda, 1.30 hours. Granada, 3.00 hours.

Further details
There are several historical places of interest with in 30/45 mins drive. It is 14km to the coast road where you can find supermarkets and banks etc. In summer the beach next to Puerto Sotogrande offers sailing and kite surfing and paddle tennis. The local villages all have small restaurants or ventas and local shops.
