The apartment is non smoking. It is in a private gated community with an underground car park with your own private space. There is also a safe in the apartment.

The apartment is ground floor although there are a number of steps options. However there is a lift if required.

Private patio, outdoor table and chairs and outdoor loungers available. 3 pools available. 2 directly outside apartment including separate shallow child’s pool.

The beach is only 15 mins walk away including the World famous Nikki Beach Club.
Golf
Santa Maria Golf and Country Club is next door. Facilities available to hirers. Golf, tennis, bowls, snooker etc (separate hire costs applicable). 20 other golf courses within 20 mins drive.

Sierra Nevada is 2 hours 15 mins away.

Malaga airport is 30 mins drive away.

I am the Golf Professional and Director of Golf at Oakmere Park Golf Club in Nottinghamshire. I have played Professional golf for the last 30 years. In 1996 moved to Nottinghamshire to take up the role as head PGA Professional and Director of Golf.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I have been visiting and playing golf on the Costa Del Sol for the last 30 years. Therefore my decision to buy at Elviria was from experience. Ideally located for golf, shopping, beach yet far enough away for a quiet relaxing holiday. If you ever need any advise either call me or pop into my Golf Club anytime and I'll be happy to help.

Unique benefits of the property
One of the main benefits is the location as mentioned above. It has everything you could want in a holiday to suit all types of people. Golf, shopping, beach, horse riding, restaurants or even the nightlife at Puerto Banus or locally at the "World famous Nikki Beach Club". But what we like most is to be able to sit on the patio in a lovely grassed, palm tree, garden and pool area and relaxing, enjoying the lovely weather whilst everyone else can go off and do what they want to do.
