There are a number of restaurants, pubs and a local supermarket just outside the complex. Every Saturday morning there is a large open air Market on your way to Playa Flamenca beach (just 10 minutes away) for all you needs. Local golf courses include, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, and of course the world famous La Manga Golf resort which is only 45 minutes away. Nearest airport approx 30 minutes from Murcia Airport and 50 minutes from Alicante Airport.

Notes to the rental rates:
Bookings: A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to secure. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure. Departures under 8 weeks, the balance is payable in full prior to departure.

Changeover day
Arrival / departure is flexible and can be arranged at the time of booking.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, all kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee machine.
Utility Room: With washine machine, iron ironing board.
Living Rooms: Main lounge with double sofa bed, cable/satellite TV, radio.
Other: Welcome packs can be arranged for arrival at an extra charge of approx 15 euros (inc. tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, water etc) and we can hire any baby care items large or small at a weekly fees (car seats, cots, strollers, high chairs etc).
Cleaning/towels/

All bed linen, towels are included in price, and is changed weekly. There is an additional cleaning charge of 40 euros on your departure.

Accessibility
The apartment is wheelchair accessible and has a lift to accommodate all residents. It is also handicapped accessible to meet your requirements.

Outside
The complex enjoys a communal totally equipped private swimming pool. There are extensive leisure areas and green spaces with various plants. There is a large gardened space with trees that incorporates a pond. For the keepfit fanatics there is a multi purpose sports area, a tennis court, It also enjoys a secure but beautiful childrens playground. High walls and fences enclose the whole area and entry is by way of a security key. Walkways to the building and communal areas are made of concrete tiles and are well lit for you safety.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach at Playa Flamenca is just 10 minutes away
and the local town of Torrevieja is just a 10 minute journey by car. Torrevieja boasts daily markets, a lovely Marina and Waterfront Market. There are also a huge variety of restaurants locally to cater for every taste.

Golf
There are 4 golf courses within 10 minutes drive, which are Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca which has just recently been established.

Travel
The apartment is situated between two airports, Murcia and Alicante. From Murcia it is approx 30 minutes by car, and from Alicante 50 minutes. Car hire is recommended to enjoy all that is available but it is not essential as there is plenty to do locally. There is also a fantastic bus service within easy reach. For the energetic amoung you, there are lots of leisurely walks to enjoy.

Distances
If you fancy a day out at Alicante for Benidorm they are just a quick sprint up the Motorway. At Benidorm there is a bustling aqua park, Marineland and the Terra Mitica theme park.

Further details
Bowling, bingo, go karting and of course sun bathing are just a few of the things you can do in Costa Blanca. There are free trips offered by the Green Tour Company for those who like adventure. Leaflets are available at the Local Information Centre. Further tours include visits to the Windmills of Torre Pacheco, and to the caves of Sima de Las Palomas.
