They are beautifully furnished and comprise a double bedroom, twin room with bunk beds, lounge/diner with a comfortable sofa bed, large balcony, fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. The mountain view from the balcony is amazing and there are 2 swimming pools (for residents only) one of which is an infinity pool about 1 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a pool bar/café and supermarket. The beautiful beach of Playa Moraig is great for snorkelling and water sports. More shops, bars, pharmacy, bank and restaurants are 10 minutes away. There are also golf courses, more beaches and horse riding approximately 15 minutes away.

Accessibility
Not recommended for wheelchair users as there are stairs to the apartment.

Outside
There are 2 swimming pools with a bar/cafe. The larger pool is an infinity pool with views of the mountain.

Coast/Beach
Beaches are a 10 min drive away and are all beautiful. Ideal for water sports. One of the beaches has very shallow water which makes it ideal for children..

Golf
Moraira and Javea golf courses are 10 mins away by car. They are 9 and 18 holes respectively. If you don't mind a 30 min drive you can check out La Sella, the championship course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal.

Travel
Alicante 1 hour. Valencia 1 hour 15 mins. Murcia 2 hours. Car hire essential - you can pick them up from the airport. It then a straightforward drive down the A7 and take junction 53.

Distances
Javea and Moraira 15 mins by car for beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, banks. Denia 20 mins. Ibiza is just a ferry trip away from Denia. Altea 15 mins. Benidorm 25 mins highly recommended: Mundomar (dolphin/sea lion shows/nature park), Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica (owned by Paramount) Theme Park, Terra Natura (safari park), Benidorm Palace (Las Vegas style show and meal). Guadalest (lovely old town) 40 mins. Busot Caves 1 hour.
