Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (en suite) has bath with shower over, basin, WC. Bathroom 2 has shower, basin, WC.
Kitchen: Well equipped with oven, halogen hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board etc.
Living Rooms: Living room with sofa, sofa bed, LCD television, DVD player with a small selection of DVDs, PS1 with a couple of games, dining table and four chairs, patio doors to balcony.
Other: Covered balcony over looking pool with table and four chairs.

Bedding and bath towels provided. Cleaning as detailed above. Beach towels not included.

This is a non smoking apartment. Beds have sprung mattresses for a good night sleep. No pets.

Outside
This is a small private gated complex with video intercom access control. Pool with pool side shower.

Coast/Beach
Safe and sandy beaches at Santiago de la Ribera (short walk), and also at Los Alcazares (less than 10 minutes drive). Plenty of places to eat along the beaches. Sea is shallow and warm in the summer.

Golf
Several golf courses in the area.

Travel
Murcia airport is just 10 minutes drive (approx. 5 km) from the apartment (but no noise from airport). Murcia, Alicante, Cartegena, Torrevieja and La Manga all easily accessible by a good road network. You can take a ferry across Mar Menor to La Manga.

Distances
Historic town of Cartagena to the south is about 40 minutes by car. Torrevieja is about 30 minutes to the north and a further 30 minutes will take you to Alicante. There is a zoo at Elche, about 45 minutes towards Alicante. Murcia, which is the main regional city, is about 40 minutes away.

Further details
The town is still quite Spanish. We have found the local people to be generally very helpful. There is a good modern Shopping Mall (Dos Mares) within a 5 minute drive from the apartment with a good selection of shops and places to eat. There is a huge Shopping Mall (Thader) at Murcia (about 45 minutes drive) but we have not fully explored this yet. There are plenty of street markets.

Booking notes
£100.00 deposit required at time of booking (returnable on satisfactory inspection of property on departure). Rental payable in full 6 weeks before arrival.
