The panoramic 180 degree views of the coastline and the sea from the large sunny terrace are breathtaking. The apartment has shared use of 2 infinity pools. There is an a la carte restaurant, banks, a pharmacy, as well as a superb, large, very high quality supermarket with fresh fish, shellfish, meat and vegetable on offer – all only 5 mins away in the development. Playa del Moraig - 5 mins away at the foot of Cumbre is a picturesque cove with a car park, beach bar and sunbeds/parasols for hire (in the summer). Cumbre Del Sol is perfectly situated for access to the best resorts on the Costa Blanca, being just 3 kilometres from the lovely fishing villages of Moraira and Javea and a short drive from the cosmopolitan towns of Calpe and Denia. Just inland from Cumbre are many picturesque villages and landscapes.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but this may be negotiable, particularly outside school holidays. The apartment will be available after 3pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning units are fitted in the living room and the main bedroom and a heater/cold air blower in the second bedroom.
Sorry, but Casa Serena is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
Accessibility
Pueblo Panorama sits high on the Cumbre Del Sol and Casa Serena therefore enjoys superb views from its balcony. Whilst access to the apartment is via only 10 or so steps, its location means that the use of a car is the best way to take full advantage of the local attractions.
Outside
Both living room and main bedroom have patio doors opening onto the large terrace furnished with a patio table and chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers.
Within 100 yards of the apartment is a private, gated communal swimming pool complex with 2 infinity pools, sun loungers and a shower for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.
Coast/Beach
5 mins drive - Playa del Moraig at the foot of Cumbre has a car park, beach bar, toilet facilities and sunbeds/parasols for hire (in the summer).
10 mins drive - Moraira.
L'Ampolla, is a large safe sandy beach with a play area and restaurants. El Portet beach, in a quiet sheltered bay has safe swimming, a gently sloping seabed and a restaurant.
15 mins drive - Javea, the safe, sandy cove of L'Arenal beach.
Golf
Javea golf course - just 2.5km down the road to Javea is the popular 9 hole course.
Golfers wanting a stiffer challenge can go to the Olazabal designed 18 hole course at La Sella (20 mins drive) where there is also a large tennis complex.
The Ballesteros designed 18 hole course at Oliva Nova with health club/spa/casino facilities at the 5 star Marriott hotel.
In Cumbre Del Sol itself there is a horse riding centre (with its own bar) and tennis courts.
Cliff and Countryside walks are on hand in the nearby National Park areas.
Sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving are all available in Moraira.
Horse riding facilities are only 5 mins away, the riding centre having its own bar to relax in after your exhilarating ride.
Travel
Alicante airport is approx an hour away (85 km).
Valencia airport is approx an hour and a quarter (100km).
Car hire is essential if you are to make the most of your holiday.
Distances
Cumbre Del Sol beach, sheltered by spectacular sheer cliff faces has clear, blue water - 5 minutes.
Banks, supermarket, cafes, bars and small shops - 5 minutes.
Moraira town centre with safe soft sand beaches and handy parking, lots of restaurants and bars, yacht and fishing harbours and active fish market - 10 minutes.
Javea with harbour, market, beach and restaurants - 15 mins.
Denia, a bigger town with long beaches and harbour/port with ferries to Ibiza - 25 minutes.

The Cumbre Del Sol village has all essential services within 5 minutes drive from Casa Serena - banks, supermarket, hardware store, newsagents, cafes, restaurants and bars.
The Cala Moraig beach is a very sheltered beautiful cove within Cumbre Del Sol.
Only 10 mins away is the lovely small town of Moraira. This quiet and peaceful fishing village has become a busy yet pleasant resort, which can perhaps best be summarised by what it doesn't have. There are no highrises, no large hotels, no package tours and no large and noisy nightclubs. It is simply a small yet active town with many shops, restaurants and bars, surrounded by whitewashed villas nestling on the tree-covered hillsides. It has a large and multi-national resident population and therefore remains lively throughout the year. Its popularity can be judged by the very large number of visitors who return year after year.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit (per week booked) is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start date of the booking together with a payment of £150 (The £150 fee will be returned to you shortly after your return providing a check of the apartment is satisfactory and all keys are returned).
