Recently decorated thoughout and fully air-conditioned. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Alicante, Costa Blanca and is suitable for couples, families and golfers, with a 5 minute stroll to bars, restaurants entertainment and supermarkets and a 10 minute drive to the sun drenched beaches. Should golf be your hobby you will find several championship courses only 10 minute drive, a golfers paradise. On the complex there is a secure large private communal pool to relax by, using the supplied sun loungers, a separate children's section and garden which comprises of various beautiful shrubs, plants and fig, lemon and orange trees which can be picked and used in food and drink preparations. On the front terrace there is patio furniture to use and also on the roof terrace over looking the pool, with BBQ and air-conditioned sun lounge. Alicante Airport is a 40 minute drive and Murcia 20 mins drive.

Accessibility
There are 3 steps leading to the front door with hand rails both sides.
Outside
The swimming pool is about 25mtrs long with a children's area. 3 sun loungers are with the villa for your use only, so if you leave them by the pool nobody else will use them. The pool is for the use of the small complex only, I've been there in August, the most I've seen there is about twenty people. Front of the villa is a patio area with paito furnitue and umbrella, on the roof terrace over looking the pool, there is also patio furniture with umbrella. There is also a BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are about a 10 minute drive or 40 minute stroll.
Golf
Villamartin, Las Rambles, Campoamor are only 10 min. drive from our villa. La Finca and Alenda are about 30min drive. I have played all of these courses and my all time favourite is La Finca. All these courses are 18 hole championshp courses and well worth a visit.
Special interest holidays
The pool is large enough for swimming training.
Travel
Alicante Airport is about 40 min drive. Murcia Airport is about 20 min drive.
Distances
Torrevieja is the nearest town, about 15 min drive, full of shops restaurants, bars, entertainment etc. Torrevieja also boasts a fantastic sandy beaches and a long promenade.
Further details
This is perfect for a sporty active stay, or a quiet relaxing time reading a book, sunbathing or meandering though the market stall in the neighbouring towns and villages. There is a fabulous sun terrace overlooking the pool on the roof which is the full size of the villa, ideal for ensuring a great tan before returing home. There are five blue flag beaches within a 10 min drive. The beaches are plentiful and vary from expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Five of the safe, white sandy beaches are proud to display the prestigious blue flag which is awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. Within a 5 min stroll you will find Via Park 111 which has chinese, Indian and English restaurants, shops and bars. Supermarket is also a 5 min stroll.
