Two bedroom high specification interior designed apartment, situated in the famous marina of Almerimar. Velas Blancas (White Sails) overlooks all of Almerimar, with a large professional golf course directly in front and views to the sea and the second largest marina in Europe. The championship courses to the front of the apartment is open all year round and is renowned for the high quality of play and being the oldest in almeria. The pool is directly outside the rear terrace area. Fully air-conditioned, with Sky satellite TV and DVD player. Large 42" LCD TV, SKY satellite TV, Nintendo Wii with games, IPod multi room sound system. Private parking accessed through automatic security gates.
All visitors will be met with keys by professional management company. 30 minutes drive from Almeria airport.

Accessibility
Ground floor and easily accessed for the less abler. Private parking is at a higher level with steps but the car can be driven to the end of the short access road to give access without the need for any steps.

Outside
Large terrace with planters, table to accommodate 6. Direct access to gardens and pool. Beautiful well maintained and established gardens surround the apartment. Directly outside the rear terrace is our shared pool which even in the height of the season remains quite. The pool is approx 15x5m. We have an outside table and chairs and BBQ.

Coast/Beach
We have two beaches within Almerimar both a 7 - 10 min walk through the golf course. All beaches have a variety of facilities, all have ample parking, toliets, showers, restaurants and bars. Both beaches are blue flag and are protected nature reserves in their own right.

Golf
We have the oldest and most established golf course in Almeria directly in front of the apartment. Almerimar Golf is a beautiful course which has been recently redesigned to give access to 27 holes. Skiing
Almerimar is one of the only location in Europe where you can literally be sunbathing in the morning and skiing in the Sierra Nevada by the afternoon.

Special interest holidays
Bird Watching is a must in the nature reserve where flamingos can often be seen flying at sunset. A variety of horse riding both locally and in the only desert in Northern Europe. Walking in the National Park of Cabo de Gata or in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.

Travel
Local Almerimar 30 mins drive. Murcia 2 hour drive. Malaga 2 hour drive. A car is not essential but is recommended to enjoy the area fully.

Almerimar 0.5km. Ejido 5km. Roquetas De Mar 10km. Almeria 25km.

We are lucky to have a very well equipped supermarket within walking distance in Almerimar. We also have a large shopping centre Mall, with cinema, go carting, and a very large HyperMarket within a 5 mins drive in Ejido.

‘Lovely apartment. You have done a good job on the furnishings! Definitely the best we have been to in the many holidays we have taken across Europe. Impressed with the pool and the maintenance. Have been to many that were not as well looked after and needed some DIY input! Not so here and when you have a 'fish' for a wife it is comforting to know she is happy. Nice size pool to. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Almerimar. What a lovely resort, great beaches, restaurants and marina’.
