Changeover day
Guests are requested to depart by 10 am and arrive after 4 pm. Saturday changeover during peak times. We try to accommodate our guests and will consider alternative times and days if possible.

Bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of each stay. The villa is cleaned on the day of arrival. For a two week stay, the villa can be cleaned between stay for an extra charge. |

Outside
There is a Spanish BBQ by the upper terrace and an outside shower by the pool. The private pool has Roman steps at one end and is floodlit - wonderful for swimming late into the evening.
Coast/Beach
Villa Los Gallos is a 5 minute drive to the beach. Moraira, considered to be the "Jewel in the Crown" of the Costa Blanca, which was once a small fishing village is now a sophisticated resort. There are 3 beaches, the L'Ampolla beach is a lovely sandy beach with a play area for children, El Portet, which is set in a beautiful bay and ideal for children with its shallow waters and Andrago beach, just a short stroll from the town.
Golf
There are three golf courses in the area, an 18 hole course at La Sella Denia, which is part of the Marriott Hotel complex. A 9 hole course in Moraira and in Javea.
Travel
Moraira is a 45 minute drive from Alicante airport. Car hire is recommended.
Further details
Walk around the lovely harbour and visit the fish market which will be selling the freshly caught fish of the day, then have a wander around the town and choose from the many bars and restaurants to stop for refreshements! Every Friday there is a local market on the large car park in the centre of Moraira which is well worth a visit. There are many festivals during the year, one of the most spectacular is the Moors and Christians festival which is held around the middle of June. This includes beach battles, marching processions through the town and ends with a fabulous firework display. The Cost Blanca has something for everyone, beautiful sandy beaches, golf courses, towns and villages. Visit the lovely coastal resorts of Altea, Calpe, Javea and Denia, not only for the beaches but for the shopping and the many wonderful restaurants and tapas bars. For the young at heart, there is the Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia Water Park, also Mundomar 'seaworld' park in Benidorm. Take a drive inland to visit the beautifully preserved village of Guadalest up in the mountains and enjoy the stunning views, or visit Jalon valley, a fertile vine growing area where you can sample the local wines.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit required when booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before the beginning of holiday. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required when balance payment is made.

Wanted to let you know what a great time we had at your lovely villa. Food for the soul! We really enjoyed the peace. Slowed down so much its been a real shock coming back to work. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our trips into Moraira for dinner. Hope we can visit again sometime. Checking the holiday diary for next year. Thanks again - Don't know how you drag yourselves home!

We just loved your pool area,lots of space to move about. Views were fab! Nice touch to put TV/DVD in apartment, helped our youngsters think a "siesta" was a good idea. Pool is fabulous! Thank you. Had such a good time don't want to go home.
