Changeover day
Changeover day is on the last day booked of your stay. Guests are required depart by 10am and arrival is 4pm. These times are flexible subject to other bookings.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with large work surface and plenty of cupboard space. It has a built-in oven and hob unit, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, coffe maker and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and crockery. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room attached to the kitchen houses the boiler and washing machine. The ironing board and cleaning equipment is also stored in this area. |
| Living Rooms: | The well furnished and comfortable living room is spacious and contains two leather sofas, TV, Sky Free view, DVD and coffee tables. The floor throughout is marble and access to the front balcony and rear sunny garden is through the lounge. |

The apartment benefits from a shared pool in a gated garden. The apartment itself benefits from a private rear secure garden which has a charcoal BBQ and an extensively tiled patio area which gets the sun all day.. The front balcony from the lounge is south facing with views of Torrequebrada Golf Course.
Coast/Beach
Benalmadena Costa has many beaches with all the usual facilities and water sport activities. The nearest beach is 15 mins walk away.
Golf
The apartment is built on the fringe of Torrequebrada Golf Course and is 5 min walk away. There are many other courses within a 1 hour drive.
Distances
Torrequebrada Golf Club 5 minutes walk. Mini Market and Bar/Restaurant 10 minutes walk. Malaga airport is 15 minutes drive. Arroyo de la Miel is 10 minutes by car as is the pretty village of Benalmadena Pueblo. The train station is in Arroyo de la Miel and goes to Fuengirola in one direction and Malaga City in the other direction stopping at Malaga Airport on the way. Mijas village and Fuengirola are about a 20 minutes drive from the apartment.

Benalmadena has many attractions and beautiful safe beaches making it the ideal location for a family holiday with everything one could wish for. There are many activities to choose from. The award winning Marina with its beautiful boats, shopping mall and restaurants, the fabulous Tivoli World Adventure Park, fun for kids and adults. From here Teleferico Cable Cars will take you by day up to the top of Mount Calamorro where you can watch an exhibition of Spanish dressage horses and see a demonstration of birds of prey or you can ride on a donkey. The town centre has a fantastic new sports centre with the first Ice Rink in Andalusia, it also houses a gym, fitness classes and indoor swimming pool. Sea World Sea Life Centre is in the marina, Selwo Marine Park with its Dolphinarium, Sea Lions and Penquins is opposite the beautifully landscaped Paloma Park which has children's play and picnic areas, a large lake and waterfall. Birds and rabbits roam free here and are a delight to all. There are 3 bars in the park where you can stop and take refreshment. Torrequebrada 5 star Hotel has a restaurant, spectacular shows and a casino. There are excellent shows at The Moonlight. For skiing, the Sierra Nevada Mountains are just an hour and a half away.

Booking information will be sent with your enquiry. A deposit of 25% of the total costs of the holiday is required with the full balance due 8 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £100 is required which will be refunded upon return of the keys and confirmation of no damage or breakage.
