A new, modern detached villa in a peaceful residential area, ideally located near the Spanish village of Benitachell, and mid way between the resorts of Moraira and Javea with its beaches, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops just a 10 minute drive. The secluded beach at Cala Moraig is closer still. The property is west facing and allows for all day sunshine. The 8m x 4m pool has Roman steps and underwater lighting.There are sunbeds, patio furniture, supersize parasols and a Weber style portable BBQ. Two of the bedrooms open directly on to the extensive terrace. The secluded lower terrace provides a perfect suntrap for the cooler months, and also a safe area for children to play. Amenities include, TV, DVD CD player, washing machine, hairdryer, a personal safe and a monitored alarm system. Constant hot water is provided by a combi boiler and there is mains gas. The villa has its own gated parking. Alicante airport is closest within 1.15 hours. Valencia is about 1.30hrs.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, and includes linen and cleaning. Repeat guests can reserve their peak season holiday with just £150.

Winter rates for long lets of 4 weeks £225 per week to include bills! (fair usage policy applies).

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible as can the duration of stay during off -peak months.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms open directly on to the pool terrace.
One has a king size bed the other has two singles.
The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, are furnished in a modern style, and have double wardrobes.
Bathrooms: In addition to the cloakroom adjacent to the lounge with a basin and WC, there are 2 full bathrooms on the lower level.
One has a shower and the other has a bath (with shower attachment).
Kitchen: Oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, coffee maker.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board provided.
Living Rooms: The villa is comfortably furnished in a bright modern style, and comprises a lounge dining room, modern kitchen, and an additional cloakroomon the upper level. Amenities include TV, DVD player, with a selection of DVDs, CD player.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided. Guests will need to bring towels for the pool and the beach. Linen is changed weekly, and the villa is cleaned prior to arrival. We have local representation for any queries during your stay. Mid stay clean can be arranged.

The villa is a no smoking property. No pets. The villa has underfloor heating for the cooler months and constant hot water provided by mains gas (no gas bottles).

Outside
There is a large pool terrace, surrounding the 8x4m pool with sunloungers, patio tables and chairs, parasols and a poolside shower. A secluded lower terrace provides an additional seating area and is a perfect suntrap during the cooler months. It also provides a safe area for children to play. The villa has its own gated parking adjacent to the front entrance. The villa is south west facing, so has sun all day and open views across the countryside. Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to the house is 5 minutes to the Cala Moraig. Beaches at Javea and Moraira are a 10 minute drive.
In addition to the main beaches there are a number of small coves at El Portet, Granadella, and Portichol. Further north you have the wide expanses of beach at Denia and to the south, the beaches at Calpe and Benidorm. There are boat excursions along the coast from Javea and jet ski rentals from the beach in Moraira.

Golf
The area is well served by golf courses. Javea golf club is a 9 hole course and is a 5 mins drive away. The more challenging courses of La Sella and Oliva Nova are within a 40 mins drive. Handicap cerificates required.

Special interest holidays
The property is a good base for those who enjoy walking.
There is a bowls club nearby, and local tennis courts for the more adventurous, there is Karting in Moraira and horse riding on the Cumbre del Sol , Javea and at La Sella. Javea Golf Club is a 5 minute drive The 18 hole golf courses of La Sella and Oliva Nova are within a 30- 40 minute drive of the villa. Boat trips along the coast depart from Javea, and there is a ferry service from Denia to Ibiza. The theme parks Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are 30 minutes away in the area of Benidorm. Travel
The Airport at Alicante is approximately hour away, and Valencia, is 1.30 minutes. Driving is easy along the motorways. generally less frenetic than driving in the UK. A toll fee is payable, between 5.25 -8 Euros (approx).

There are restaurants to suite every taste and pocket, both in Benitachell and on route to Moraira and Javea. There is a large supermarket nearby. The property is available for long winter lets and includes underfloor heating and all other utilities. Please contact us for details. As this is a holiday property, we do not offer annual/permanent rentals

For bookings within 12 weeks, the full amount is payable. We take 25% deposit and there is a £150 refundable retainer
(For our previous guests the property can be reserved with £150 deposit during the peak months).
