A luxurious 5 double bedroom detached villa which is idyllically situated in the peaceful countryside, on the edge of the town of Vera and is set in excess of 2 acres of fully fenced and gated, landscaped gardens. This villa is very well equipped with all the comforts of home and has its own swimming pool, Sky satellite TV, air conditioning units and Wireless internet access. There is a 5m x 10m private swimming pool with steps leading down to. The shallow end (3ft) and then slopes away to 6ft. There is plenty of sun bathing space with sun loungers by the pool for sun lovers including a small water fall by the pool which is an ideal place to cool down very young children with the sound of running water to relax the loungers. If you are not sun lover, there is a big terrace shady area right outside of each bedrooms to cool down.
The villa is less than 5 minutes drive from the championship golf course-Valle Del Este and 15 minutes from the famous Desert Spring golf resort.

There is ICELAND 2 minutes drive. Market in Vera town is on Saturdays. Argentinian steak house is 2 minutes drive. Within 15 minutes drive, there are various Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Mexican and English restaurants.
Booking notes
20% of deposit required with booking.
80% of balance required 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
£200 security cheque in case of any damage is required with balance payment. The cheque will be returned after your departure by post.
