Situated amid superb mountain scenery in this wine and fruit growing area, yet only a 25 minute drive to the closest beaches, the luxurious villa offers substantial accommodation as well as high quality fittings and fitments, and is extremely well presented throughout. The main accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms (1 with en suite), and 1 twin bedded room. There are a further 2 family bathrooms. The main reception room benefits from a wood-burning fireplace, and has doors leading straight out to the enclosed naya and pool area on one side and to the terraced garden, pergola and barbecue area on the other. Outside, the attractive gardens are laid with Mediterranean plants; there is a private swimming pool and a barbecue area as well as an open naya for al fresco dining.

Other: Dining Room:Light and airy with a large dining table to fit 8 people and French doors leading to the gardens.
Enclosed glazed naya providing cosy sitting area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Luxury bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels. There will be a full clean and linen change on a weekly basis. Extra maid service is available if required.

Outside
The large pool is the focal point of the gardens and is surrounded by terracing, trees and a lemon grove. There is also an outside summer room ideal for barbecues and shaded pergola with breathtaking views down the valley for al fresco dining.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 20 - 45 mins drive. Denia 20 mins. Moriara 30 mins. Calpe 30 mins. Javea 35 mins. Altea 45 mins. Benidorm 50 mins.

Golf
There are several golf courses in the area, most within 20 to 50 mins drive. Benissa 9 hole course is 25 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course is 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course is 40 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course is 45 mins drive.

Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante (70km) and Valencia (80km). Car hire or use of a car is advised.

Distances
The nearest village is Parcent which is just a few minutes walk away. There are bakeries and small supermarkets, as well as banks and newsagents. In addition there are several good and economical restaurants and bars. The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Alcalali, Jalon, Lliber and Orba can all be easily reached within 10 mins drive. They all have interesting characteristics and plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars.

Further details
Other places of interest in the area are a 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the villa. There is also the Donkey Sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys and of course the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only 10 minutes drive away. Around 45 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the villa is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching, golfers, horse riding and sightseeing.

Booking notes
Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in UK Pounds, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
A security fee of £300 is also payable on booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period.
