This luxury, ground-floor, three bedroom apartment with air-conditioning throughout is in the ideal setting for both families, golfing groups alike. Positioned close to the Mediterranean Sea (500 meters) in an exclusive complex and close to many nearby amenities including over 40 top golf courses as well as many beautiful sandy beaches, you can immediately begin your holiday in style! Although a car is an advantage, you could easily spend your entire holiday around or near the apartment itself. Amenities onsite are extensive-far surpassing many other new urbanizations. They include the following: beautiful sub-tropical landscaped gardens, walkways, paddle tennis, air conditioned gymnasium with library, private adult and children's swimming pools with nearby changing facilities, showers/toilets, poolside bar, along with communal barbecue and picnic area. Restaurants/shops are within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is 5 mins' away. There are many others all around.

Changeover day
Saturday is preferred changeover day but we are flexible depending on demand.
We apply the same principles as local hotels regards vacating the apartment to allow servicing for new arrivals.

Very safe ground floor apartment with easy access to tropical gardens and nearby swimming pools (in fact, children can be supervised around the pool by observing from terrace balcony).
Terraces allow safe and private sun bathing. There is a canopy roof section allowing protection from direct sunlight when sun bathing and an open area of terrace with beautiful spanish plants in pots all around. We even have two grape vines trees overhanging one end of the terrace railings.
Sun lounger chairs are provided, together with table and center umbrella. Garden furniture including wicker tables and chairs with soft cushions are provided for you to relax and enjoy the Spanish skies and later on... the lights & sounds of the Mediterranean Sea.

Accessibility
Wheelchair friendly apartment. Lift access to apartment from basement garage.
Apartment is very suitable for all age ranges and allows easy access to both terraces and basement garage from either main entrance or through terraced area.
Outside
Communal swimming pools - adult and children's, with changing facilities / toilets beside if required.
The pools are beautifully lit up at night time and with the walkways around them, you can easily go for romantic walks before going to sleep in the more than comfortable bedrooms.
Large barbecue facility near to the pools but can only be used at certain times.
All safety notices are posted up by the pools and during summer months an attendent is usually close byto ensure pool rules are observed.
There are plenty of sun loungers surrounding both pools and guests are certainly made to feel welcome. A poolside bar is just 10 meters away where you can get snacks and small lunches. You can also have drinks, ice-creams and other refreshments any time you want.
More private sun bathing areas (grassed) are positioned quite close to the apartment.
Our apartment has plenty of space outside on the terrace for private sunbathing should you prefer to top up your tan before going poolside.
Coast/Beach
Drive time to all local beaches beside apartment:
La Cala 5 minutes - fantastic sand many nearby restaurants in close proximity / beach activities.
Capobina 7 minutes -extensive sandy beach - stunning
Riviera 2 minutes sandy with part rocky lovely restaurant right on beach - very private
Elvira 8 minutes sandy beach - very popular also
Marbella funny beach 10 minutes - many fun activities
Puerto Banus beach marina - very well developed beach with expensive beds provided / parking 300m
Golf
Miraflores Golf, Calanova Golf, Santana Golf, La Cala Golf, Rio Real Golf, Mijas Golf, Marbella Golf, Cabopino Golf are just a small selection of very close by golf courses.
Valderama, Torrequebrada and Sotogrande Golf are within one hour of the apartment. The apartment is situated in a very central location for golfers and in fact the area has been dubbed as 'the new golf valley'.
Skiing
Skiing is perfectly feasible based in the apartment. You have to drive to Granada and then take a short trip up the Sierra Nevada mountain.This is an exhilerating journey: The views are breathtaking! It is exactly 204 Kms from the apartment- driving there directly. This journey only takes about two hours and 20 minutes. (Tip) Always leave early - say about 6:00am and be able to avail of a full day's skiing. If you should arrive a little later, then you can still avail of a full half day's skiing.
You could even ski in the morning and golf in the evening if you were feeling very energetic!
The ski slopes are designed to suit the intermediate level skier, though all the difficulty levels of skiing slopes are indicated.
Half way up the main mountain, there is a nursery slope which is always full of ski school instructors should you require a quick lesson.
Being one of the highest ski resorts in the whole of Europe, you are guaranteed snow right up to mid April from mid-November.
Special interest holidays
We do provide a fully planned special interest holiday- for eg, for honeymoon couples. We plan out an itinerary suited to individual interests. We can email you two or three suggestions and an agreed format can then be planned for and provided.
Activities include: fishing - horseback riding - dolphin watching -boating / sailing - shopping designer shops - top restaurants - golf - tennis - hill walking.
This area is fantastic for walking around. The views are increadable and you could easily change your walk route each day of your holiday.
For the watercolour painter/ landscapist or plain old artist - this is heaven on earth. There are so many views worth recording at different times of the days. You will be spoilt for choice!
Cycling is another favourite.The terrain is interesting. Aparticular favourite is to take the little road viewed from our kitchen window which eventually leads to the brand new road leading to Calanova Golf. Quite often you see horses and goats grazing about.
Travel
Malaga 20 minutes away
Gibraltar 45 minutes: Great for inexpensive shopping and bargains!
Puerto Banus 15 minutes away: The rich and famous all frequent this area. Expensive yaghts all on show here, plus designer shops and many super restaurants.
Car hire is recommended for the whole region if a full holiday experience is to be enjoyed. However taxis are all readily available and can be at apartment within 5 minutes. Very reasonable eg. 50 euro to airport, includes 4 passengers.

Booking notes
Reservation deposit payable on placing a booking.
25% of total. This can be paid directly to our bank in Spain. (electronically) or by cheque to the owner directly.
Balance payable 8 weeks before departure. If your booking is made closer to departure time then the full amount is paid with booking confirmation.
'Damage/Security Cheque' - payable direct to owners own home (by cheque £200. This is returned to you or destroyed at the end of the rental - provided all is well).
Guest comments
Your website does not do justice to the accommodations! We were all overwhelmed by the beautiful apartment, the gardens and pool, the immense terrace, and the size of the rooms. We selected your apartment because of the three bedrooms, each having its own bath, but we did not expect such large tiled bathrooms and beautiful bedrooms and views. The marble floors are gorgeous! That much marble, in our hometown would cost more than my house! You provided everything we needed in the kitchen, and we were delighted with the large refrigerator, after using tiny ones in England on prtevious trips. We appreciated the iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The amount of built-in security is amazing, and we felt perfectly safe at all times. We all envy you having such a lovely vacation home, and I am sure your attractive family (in the photograph) must enjoy using it. We will certainly recommend it to our friends...as a satisfied renter!
