The area boasts an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and shops and is only 20 minutes from the popular coastal resorts of Calpe and Altea. This luxurious 3 bedroom property has been tastefully decorated and has outside areas to include a covered Naya with separate bar and BBQ area overlooking a lovely kidney-shaped swimming pool with views of the valley and mountains. There is a pretty garden to the rear with a sun terrace for great alfresco dining, while the terrace surrounding the pool is surrounded by fantastic views.

Dining area has table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Luxury bed linen and towels are provided, sufficient for the length of your stay. Please bring own beach towels. There will be a full clean and linen change on a weekly basis. Extra maid service is available at extra charge if required.

Among the many sitting and sunbathing areas there is also a large kidney shaped swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a built in barbecue area with dining, and a peaceful rear garden, ideal for breakfasts.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 20 - 45 mins drive. Denia 20 mins. Moriara 25 mins. Calpe 25 mins. Javea 35 mins. Altea 45 mins. Benidorm 55 mins.

Golf
There are several golf courses in the area most within 20 to 50 mins drive. Benissa 9 hole course 20 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 30 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 50 mins drive.

Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante (70km) and Valencia (80km). Car hire or use of a car is essential.

Distances
The sleepy village of Murla is a 5 minute drive from the house and has a bakery for fresh bread each day, a small bar and a couple of shops and vegetable market (Mondays). The Jalon Valley is famous for its wine and Saturday rastro and offers a wealth of attractions including horse riding, walking, golf and Scenic Mountain drives. There are a large number of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding villages of Orba, Alcalali and Parcent while the beach is only twenty minutes away.

Further details
Other places of interest in the area are a 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de Rates), only a 15 minute drive from the villa. There is also the donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 minute drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the property is particularly good for walkers, hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing.

Booking notes
Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in pounds. On booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday. A security fee of £300 is also payable on booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period.
