The shared pool is attractively set within the private gardens for the use of residents and the beach is only 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Situated in the quiet residential area of Punta Lara, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax with the advantage of having all the facilities of Nerja town close to hand.

Changeover day
Our changeover day is Monday when air fares tend to be cheaper although during the winter months this may be more flexible.
The villa will be available from 3pm onwards on the day of arrival.

Notes on accommodation
El Paso would suit families or couples who appreciate
thoughtfully equipped accommodation furnished in contemporary style with air conditioning in all main rooms and a variety of terraces on which to enjoy the sunshine and sea views in this pleasant, quiet residential area.
Accessibility
The villa is accessed from ground level and due to the living room and one of the bedrooms being situated on the ground floor, it would be suitable for those with limited mobility.
Outside
El Paso Dos is one of only ten properties that share the pool which is fully enclosed. The tiled walkways surrounding the villas are attractively planted with mediterranian flowering plants.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5 to 10 minutes walk away where there is a beach bar selling local cuisine. More facilities and water sports are available on Burriana Beach at Nerja just over a mile away.
Golf
The nearest golf course, Baviera, is a 15 mins drive along the coastal road. There are other courses nearer to Malaga.
Skiing
The ski slopes in the Sierra Nevada mountain range in Granada are approximately 2 hours drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport is situated a 45 minute drive by car. Although car hire is recommended to take advantage of the area there is a regular bus service to Nerja from Malaga.
Distances
There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa including the 4 star hotel Marinas de Nerja. Nerja's lively town centre is around a 5 mins drive or 30 mins walk along the coastal road or beach, where there are many superb restaurants, shops and beaches. A weekly street market visits the town where you can browse the local wares. The pretty village of Frigiliana is a short drive inland where you can explore the historic cobbled streets and maybe sample the local wine.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is requested at the time of booking and the remaining balance and £50 returnable key deposit cheque is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
