The house is delightful, a traditional white Andalucian style. Situated near the beach it is part of a secure ,gated community.There are 2 pools, one for the children, a very large one for the adults and also very pretty communal gardens. Desert Springs Golf Club is just along the road , a great place to visit and not just for golfers as it has things for the whole family to enjoy particularly The Crocodile Club with it's excellent restaurant and ambiance. This is a luxurious house with lots of extras as it is set up as a home with all the "Mod cons" including British satellite TV so it is very much a home from home. There are 3 terraces with a very spacious, shaded solarium at the top of the house overlooking the sea and the pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For longer rentals of more than 2 weeks a discount will be given dependent on the time of year.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but I will try to accomodate you should you request another day.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with a King size bed, white furniture and a white mosquito canopy over the master bed. Bedroom 2 with a double bed. Fly screens, AC. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and mirrors. Also both bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 between the two bedrooms has bath with shower over, wc, bidet. Bathroom 2 downstairs has shower and wc. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. |
| Utility Room: | This is the top, back terrace where the washing lines are. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has 2 double sofas, glass tables and a large TV with British satellite, video and dvd. There is also a stereo. The dining room has a glass dining table and 4 chairs and there is a white sideboard. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. |
| Other: | There are fly screens in all rooms, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The outside front downstairs terrace has a white table and 4 white chairs with a pink umbrella to match the bouganvillea! There are various small tables on the terraces as well. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned before and after your arrival and any extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Towels and linen are included. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a lovely complex with Spanish and English people living here. The gardens are kept immaculately and the swimming pools are beautifully clean. There are two pools within a few yards walk with one small one for infants and the much larger one for everyone else and there are showers and toilets next to the pool. Parking is easy and free outside the back door which leads onto the kitchen so it is easy to off load the bags and the shopping.

This property is not suitable for wheelchair users, sorry.
Outside
There is a patio/garden downstairs at the front of the house with a lemon tree and other plants. There is a white table and 4 white chairs with a parasol and a large BBQ .There is a terrace off the master bedroom and 2 terraces at the top of the house with the smaller one at the back used as a utility area. The large one at the front overlooks the sea and pool and has matting over the top to allow some shade. There are sun loungers on the top terrace. The swimming pool and gardens of the complex are shared with other houses but rarely busy and kept to a very high standard. Smoking permitted outside only, thank you.
Coast/Beach
The property is within a 10 minute walk to the beach and just a few minutes by car to many other beaches in the area.
Golf
Desert Springs Golf Club and Resort with The Crocodile Club, just a few minutes by car.
Valle Del'Este Golf Club and Beach Resort, about 15 minutes by car.
Travel
Nearest airport Almeria 50 minutes by car Murcia 50 minutes, Alicante 1 1/2 hours all by car.
Distances
Garrucha a large fishing port famous for it's red prawns is 10 minutes drive away, Vera also 10 minutes drive, Villaricos (small fishing village) 5 minutes drive. Vera Playa which is the largest naturist beach and complex in Spain is just a few minutes drive away. There is also a waterpark nearby and both Mojacar Playa and Mojacar Pueblo have many exciting bars and restaurants to choose from and are both 15 minutes away by car. Tabernas with the daily cowboy shows is about 30 minutes away.
Further details
There are shops, banks, supermarkets and bars in Palomares just a few minutes walk away or a few minutes in the car will take you to larger supermarkets. Garrucha hosts a large street market on a Friday and Vera has one on a Saturday. Villaricos has a small one on Sunday morning. There is a large waterpark just a few minutes drive away and should Go-Karting be of interest to you then 15 minutes in the car should see you at the track near to Mojacar. In the other direction you will find Villaricos, which is a very pretty village by the sea and a little further along the coast is San Juan which is well worth a visit and nearby both before and after San Juan are some gorgeous little coves with sandstone cliffs and rocks.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with
the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by UK cheque GBP or Euros are accepted. Payment in full if booking made less than 8 weeks before departure. £100 damage deposit is payable with final payment. This will be refunded within one week of your return home when our local manager confirms no damage or breakage.
